Our host was very welcoming and made our stay an easy experience. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was nice, and we were able to park one car in the garage. We had a great stay!

Nice little house!

The house was clean and comfortable and was in a good location for accessing a variety of activities in the Dallas area. It was an easy drive from the airport.

The home needs updating. Beds were okay for a couple of nights. Kitchen was still dirty (coffee pot and stove). No pillows were provided other than the decorative pillows on the beds, which are not typically slept on. Garage was full of leaves, dust and dirt which I swept out so we would not drag dirt inside. I also had to sweep off the sidewalk and porch as it was full of tree limbs and leaves and we didn’t want our elderly mother to trip on and fall.

The pictures are misleading the house was very old. Additionally, it was not in the best neighborhood and did not have hot water in one of the bathrooms. I'm very disappointed in the way that this turned out for the cost associated with it. There need to be better vetting of the house to ensure they're in a safe location and actually look like the pictures.

We respectfully disagree with this review. The home’s photos accurately represent the property without alteration or misrepresentation. The house was professionally photographed and reflects its true condition. The neighborhood is a quiet, residential area and has not presented safety issues for our guests. We have hosted many stays without incident or concern regarding the location. Regarding hot water, the home has a fully functioning water heater, and hot water was available in all bathrooms during the guest’s stay. No issue was reported to us during their visit, which would have allowed us the opportunity to address it immediately. However, the cleaners use the hot water at every turnover and it was working just fine when they vacated. We take guest experience seriously and encourage open communication during a stay so concerns can be resolved in real time. Unfortunately, these claims do not align with the facts of the property or our prior guest feedback.

Allen House

Quiet neighborhood, standard suburban 3/2, easy digital access, plenty of restaurants and fast food nearby. Kitchen equipped with basics for preparing meals - oven, stove top, and microwave all worked. AC kept temp comfortable. Bedrooms comfy. Washer/dryer worked fine. Will likely return next year.

It was in a nice neighborhood and the check-in process was super simple. The host was very responsive to anything I needed and the home was exactly as advertised. If you need a nice little place to bunk down, I definitely recommend this place. Clean, great value, and lots of bedrooms.
