Cute and bright little home.

Neighborhood was quiet, house was cute and clean. Could have used more linens, esp towels and washcloths. Maybe cotton blankets for the beds? Overall, good stay and was in the right location for our plans.

The house itself was cute, the listing was pretty accurate, and the AC, hot water, Wi-Fi, and appliances all worked well. Unfortunately, cleanliness and maintenance issues significantly impacted our stay.When we arrived, the floors were dirty enough that I was not comfortable letting my baby crawl on them. We also found crumbs and hair in the sheets, a spider web near the bed, footprints on the TV, and stained pillows underneath the pillow covers. There was visible water damage on the laundry room ceiling, the backyard had not been mowed, and the kitchen was minimally stocked with utensils.I contacted the host about several of these concerns. While she responded, none of the cleanliness or maintenance issues were addressed during our stay. She mentioned additional blankets were available, but we were unable to locate them.The property has potential and some positive features, but based on the condition we found it in and the lack of resolution, I would not choose to stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback. While I regret that your stay did not meet your expectations, I do feel it is important to provide additional context. Throughout your stay, I responded promptly to every concern you raised and offered solutions each time. When you mentioned needing additional blankets, I offered to personally bring some to the property. When you mentioned she wanted sugar, I offered to have some delivered. When cleanliness concerns were raised, I offered to address them as well. Unfortunately, each of these offers was declined, which limited my ability to resolve the issues during your stay. My goal is always to make guests comfortable, and I would have gladly taken further steps had the offers been accepted. I appreciate your acknowledgment that the home was accurately represented, comfortable, and that the major amenities functioned properly. We take all guest feedback seriously and continuously work to improve the guest experience.

Clean place. I like the big table in the living room. It serves as a desk for catching up some computer activities.The environment of the living room (TV and sofa) was suitable for night relaxation before sleep.Sleeping was comfortable and nothing bothered us.The location was great for all the placed we wanted to be. No noise in the neighborhood and the host provided essential supplies and was very responsive.

Overall, this Property’s location was great for us! It was equipped with all that we needed for our stay. It was nice being able to park in the garage. I would suggest some cleanup for the backyard. This would not be an appropriate place for someone with small children.

House was as advertised and very clean. Property was easy to access. It was nice to have access to park in the garage. Beds were comfortable.I would recommend replacing the pillows (very flat) and provide a few extra pillows and blankets. There were exactly 2 pillows per bed (no extras) and no extra blankets. Also, more waste baskets would be good. Initially, we only found one trash bin in the entire house. Later we found one in one in a bathroom cabinet and one stowed in a closet. But in a three bedroom/2 bath house, i would expect to see a bin in each room and bath. Overall a good stay.

We only had a short two-night stay, but the property provided what we needed for two nights - a basic home with basic supplies, safe, and clean. We didn't do any cooking, so I can't comment on kitchen amenities. Host was very responsive to our requests.

Check in was smooth. House was clean. Appreciated the garage door opener. We used the garage for the car. We were disappointed with the backyard. It would have been nice if the backyard had been organized and mowed.

Pretty Nice Stay

Overall nice stay! The beds were very nice and the furniture was cozy. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. This alone would make me stay again. We did have a disappointment with trying to get in the coded door, and had to call the owner to unlock it. But it was resolved quickly and she remote unlocked. Also there weren’t many amenities. There was coffee bit no sugar. No paper towels (that we found)…basic things like that and we had to make a target run. Not a necessity, but a bummer. Overall nice home and we would stay again
