- The Pools: Take your pick! Enjoy the beachside pool featuring on-site food and drinks, or explore the 10 additional pools located throughout the resort. 5 of them are heated seasonally.

- Explore in Style: Want to cruise the resort? Golf carts are available for rent to help you get around with ease.

- Our townhouse comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, making it ideal for families or small groups.

House was spacious and the resort has a lot of awesome amenities and a lot of things to keep the children entertained. Our home had everything we needed for a home away from home stay! Host was very communicative and prompt. Highly recommend!

The property was exactly as described and photographed on VRBO. The property manager was extremely helpful and did not get upset with my constant questions. This property was clean, up to date, and had everything we needed for our stay. We highly recommend this place your next stay. Gulf Highlands has many amenities that families can use without leaving the property. We love staying here. The different pools, golf cart access, playgrounds, pet friendly options, and the club house It just makes it all worth it!

Our family was in town for my daughters softball tournament so we was in and out a lot. Traffic was decent for the area, entering and exiting the property was quick with our key cards. It was also so nice to have parking right outside the door so we didn’t have to travel far when loading and unloading for ball park daily. Walmart is only about 2 miles away. We had them deliver groceries 3 different times which saved so much time and worked amazing because they could come straight to the door. There was 2 wagons available, we used the smaller one to take to the ball park and it was so nice to not have to pack this extra item from home. There’s also several restaurants that you can easily get food from. Gulf coast burgers is amazing! This property was exactly as pictured and described. Communication was very quick and convenient. We took several trips to the beach, checked out 3 of the pools, played some tennis and on the playground. One of my kids favorite parts was the golf cart parade. (4th of July). We will definitely stay again if we return to PCB!!!

We had a great stay here! Overall an excellent experience and only a couple small constructive feedback items.Positives:Proximity to beach. Looking at the map it looked like the beach was much further away. We opted for the golf cart rental (which we would have done either way given the 800 beach items to haul back and forth), but honestly with the provided beach wagon we could’ve made it work.Cleanliness. Super clean and well organized. This includes the pools and grounds. Everything we used seemed to be in great shape.Kitchen. Well stocked. Had a bunch of can coozies and insulated cups. We arrived and had our own groceries, but found a couple items already available- lots of condiments, etc.ImprovementsGolf cart is a bit older and could be a bit finicky. Not a major issue though.Towels. For 6 people, could have used a couple extra beach towels to reduce number of laundry loads.Toilet paper. Had two rolls in the bathroom, but couldn’t find any additional rolls once those ran out during our week stay. Not a huge deal. Thankfully covid toilet paper prices have gone back to normal and we were able to restock.

The place is in an awesome location! Very nicely decorated, modern, and really feels like home away from home. Just about anything you might think you need its there. Had a lil bit of issues with hot water at first in the shower but all ended fine. Checking in was quick and smooth no issues. I highly recommend staying here if you're considering we had an absolute wonderful time! Cant wait to come back and do it all again!

Patty's Beach Escape, PCB is centrally located in the Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. The resort offers 11 pool, 1 of which is Gulf front with food & drinks available at The Beach House Restaurant (5 pools are heated, seasonally), a putt-putt golf course, pickle ball, tennis courts, playgrounds, catch & release fishing, shuffleboard courts and much more. We love the area & all of the walkable attractions & restaurants. Wal-Mart and Publix are both within a short drive & Pier Park (Shopping, Dining, & Entertainment) is about 10 minutes west.
