That is certainly not up to our usual standards, and we sincerely apologize for those oversights during your stay. We have shared your comments directly with our housekeeping lead to ensure shower inspections are thorough, dispatched our pest control technician for a preventative treatment, and had our maintenance team address the downstairs shower temperature control.Regarding amenity options, heating features (like pool/hot tub heat) and optional add-ons like golf carts are handled as optional add-on fees so guests only pay for what they choose to use, but we appreciate your feedback on how this is communicated.
