AQUA VILLA is a two-story beach themed house in a gated community with 24/7 security surveillance. The property includes many amenities you can enjoy, such as a tennis, volleyball and basketball court, playground and a community pool that’s within a few steps from the house and can also be viewed right from the backyard! Playa Azul beach is a 3 minute walk , where you can relax, swim, tan, snorkel, build sandcastles or watch sunsets & sunrises- all within reach!

The house was modern and clean. Family lived that their was a pool. Easy access to the beach of Luquillo, a very beautiful beach. We loved it and if and when we return, will will definitely stay here.

Excellent Stay

We loved staying here. Neighborhood is quiet, short walk to the beach, well maintained home. The a/c worked great, sitting out on the patio at night listening to the tree frogs was amazing. We would love to stay here again, already planning a trip for next year.

Great experience at Aqua Villa

I stayed at Aqua Villa with my family. The place, itself, was safe, clean, and comfortable. The location was fantastic for getting to San Juan, Fajardo, and El Yunque, all of which was only a 30 minute drive or less. The host was easy to communicate with and had information readily available for people new to the island. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great Hub for Family Vacation

The property is in a cute neighborhood in a great location for getting to local attractions. We used the pool a number of times for end of the day relaxing and having it in view from the back porch meant the kids could splash around while my husband and I unpacked from the day. The walk to the beach was great and very easy. We were within 20-30 mins from nearly everything on our bucket list (rain forest, snorkeling, Old San Juan, beaches). The house was very clean and the porch was great.

Family Spring Break

Honestly, this was the absolute best place to stay for our family vacation. We were steps from a beach to walk on and you can drive to one of the best family beaches in 2 minutes in Balneario. We were also only 10-15 minutes from the entrance of El Yunque Forest. It’s far away from the busy city in San Juan, but close enough to drive in for the day. The pool is just outside the property and the kids used it daily. Seriously, the house had it all. Location, food, cleanliness, space. Loved it all!

Stay at Aqua Villa

This townhouse is conveniently located walking distance from the beach. The resort style community is gated with 24/7 security on site. We felt very safe and the amenities were great also. There is a community pool, right in the backyard of the property. There are tennis and basketball courts on the premises. Grocery store Amigo is only short drive away. Numerous little shops and restaurants in the area along with the major freeway. The house itself is equipped with all the necessities to make it a comfortable stay. Host is very nice and responds to questions promptly. Would definitely recommend to stay here anyone traveling to Puerto Rico.

Perfection

We had a wonderful time in Puerto Rico and having this lovely house as our home base was a big part of that. The location is outstanding with multiple beaches in walking distance, delicious restaurants all around, and a short drive to El Yunque. The house was bright and clean. All the rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The small patio was a favorite place to have a morning coffee or an evening cocktail and the fun chairs and hammock were a favorite with the kiddo. We also enjoyed the games that were available such as the giant Jenga! The pool was a very short walk and we had it to ourselves during most of our visits (we even saw an iguana hanging out poolside one day!). This is a perfect place for a holiday and we hope to return someday. Thank you so much for sharing this piece of paradise with us!!!
