We have restaurants nearby at Las Croabas, Sardineras with local and internacional food. In front also at Puerto del Rey. Activities to do in Fajardo Playa los Macho is about nine minutes in car, Seven seas beach about 20 minutes. Also have Bioluminiscent Bay, Icacos Island, Coqui Waterpark at el Conquistador Hotel and a Natural Reserv Cabezas of San Juan. El Yunque Rainforest el about 30 minutes.

Check in was super easy and Ruben walked us through everything. The location was accessible to everything, but in a safe gated community. Ferry to islands is within 10 mins. We loved the sliding doors that opend the place up to watch picturesque sunrises. AC worked great and house was clean. Ruben was very accommodating and let us stay an extra hour so we could go straight to ferry. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. House was in a gated community with amazing views of the marina. We loved sitting on the balcony at night. The kitchen was well equipped. The air conditioning felt amazing at night.

Stay at Las Gaviotas

Beautiful view, excellent location as we wanted to be close to Puerto del Rey. Enjoyed the house as weather was not good for sailing. Host was very friendly and helpful, quick response always.

Beautiful home with wonderful views

Plenty of space. All the amenities one would need. Full kitchen and two full baths, all with modern fittings. Has laundry. Easy access to all attractions, especially the mountain range of the rainforest. Relax in the jacuzzi or on the balcony. Open the patio doors for the fresh cool breeze. Hosts are delightful with good restaurant recommendations. The marina has excellent food and service. The place to be on the east.

Amazing place

We were impressed by the views of this house pictures do not do it justice! Very clean house! Would give 10 out of 10 on the cleanliness! We would definitely stay here again! Beds were comfortable, shower/bathrooms were not pictured in the listing but both were very clean and updated also! Communication with Rueben was great, we arrived at the property at 3 am after our flights were delayed, we were able to get in the gate and the house with no problem! Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony every night watching the boats come in! This property will not disappoint!

16 year anniversary

The gated community getting in and out was very interesting. when we checked out we had to wait for a car to leave so we could get out of the gate because the password didn’t work for half an hour and the office was closed. But we didn't let that ruin our anniversary. The sunrises are amazing. Would stay there again😎

Christmas break in puerto rico

This house is very clean, convenient with a fabulous view. There was plenty of room for us, the pool was a little chilly at first, but we still got in. When it rained we sat under the deck where there is enough room for more than just us. Ruben is a great host and very helpful. We can't wait to come back. The house is away from San juan so there isn't a much hustle.

Beautiful home and view

Everything about the property was amazing. The home, the view, the neighborhood all far exceeded expectations. Ruben was a wonderful host and a pleasure to talk to. The only suggestion I would make is to make the check-in process a little easier. Instructions were not clear and it was very confusing. Other than that slight hiccup, everything was amazing. Would highly recommend!!!!

House was even better to stay at 2nd time around, some nice improvements have been made. House suited us just right, location and amenities. Best part was eating dinner each night across the way at La Cueva Del Mar, they have some of the best prepared food and drink. Carabali park for activities, and Loquillo beach and kioskos, great to spend the days at, about 20 mins away. Waking up with the sunrise in view every morning was so breathtaking. Getting to sit on the balcony to watch the boats come in and out of the port was cool. Overall the house is perfectly located and very inviting. Thank you Ruben for another great stay. Happy holidays!

The Best House Guest Ruben

I am really impressed with the quality of the house guest. He provided clear directions to the home on the first night. Also, he was very patient explaining over the phone all the details such as where the air conditioner control was located etc. The house was very clean with perfect ocean and marina views. The furnitite is very comfortable. The bed in the master was superb and comfy and it fits bigger sized people. This owner is definitely a super host. I will definitely rent this house again. Thank You
