Brett's place was fantastic. Perfect location and had all the small additions that made our stay perfect! Especially the humidifiers!!!!

Terrible check in procedures. They should include all the processes on the app. Not a respectful communication once informed of difficulties with check in. Didn’t respond to questions about check out.

Thanks for staying with us during Octoberfest this year! I know you had a tough time checking in and we worked with you immediately to remedy the issue. You weren't able to follow the directions on your end to receive them and it led to the mix up. But I was able to figure it out and get you in within a few minutes. You didn't get the check out info because you didn't update your info in the app as requested. But you left the place in OK shape and we appreciate that. Please use an unencrypted email for your VRBO account and you'll have no issues like our other guests who find the check in process excellent.

The condo is in a great location just a block from Main Street and walking distance to the lifts (or the bus on the corner that takes you to the lifts). While on the small side, the condo has a fresh feel, and is well maintained. The place was well stocked with all that we needed.

Awesome Breck Condo with walking distance to major attractions

Great rental experience. Host was extremely communicative, and the property was exactly as advertised. Highly recommend!

Great over night house

Needed a quick overnight house for a few guys this was perfect parked the car and was able to walk to everything. Will be looking for this property when I return .

Great location, beautiful house

Stayed here with some friends for a weekend getaway. Was a beautiful space close to all the stuff in town. We could walk to everything. Host was east to communicate with. Checked in on us and we had everything we needed.

Great Location

This was a nice pace in a great location. Pictures looked larger than what it actually was but it was large enough for what we needed. Very clean, and Brett was easy to work with. I appreciated the fact that there was shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion provided. Thank you.

nice location downtown, clean, few things could be updated, bowls for cooking, fans upstairs, understand that might not be possible, super stuffy and hot in the upstairs units. has the basics for a short stay.Smoke alarm kept going off when nothing was burning, super annoying and difficult to get it to turn off, had to keep fanning it.

Bill, I wish you would have reached out and let us know of any issues while you were there. Always a bummer to hear about a smoke alarm chirping in a review. We've replaced all the batteries in all the smokes in the home to make sure it isn't an issue. While it was hot while you were in town, cracking the windows at night and pulling the shades during the day keeps the house cool. There's no AC anywhere in Breck, so that's the solution for us locals at high elevation. We provided a fan in every room to help keep things cool. Thanks for the stay, reach out to us next time and we can help explain how things work beyond what info we also provide in the condo.

Never got access to unit. Manager not responsive.

We never received and email with access code and the property manager did not respond until 2 days in to the reservation. We ended up stranded with no where to stay. It took 6 hours to find another hotel on a busy holiday weekend. Parking Spot #5 was also not usable because we would have blocked in a pickup truck that was parked perpendicularly.

Hey there, sorry you weren't able to check in. I did respond later the day of check in but you didn't recieve it. Cell service in Breck can be tough on super busy holiday weekends. I ask all guests to double check their email and make sure they've added us to their safe list to get the check in info, pics, codes etc. As you can see in other reviews most people found this super simple and a quick check of your spam folder would have avoided all your confusion. I can see you opened a few emails we sent when you booked but didn't follow instructions or reach out prior to a busy weekend where I told you a week in advance I'd be out of town and to follow up before I left. Next time please be a bit more proactive for your stay. We do all we can to send lots of info and available as much as possible. However you do have to do little bit of the basics for your reservation and stay. Thanks.

Excellent host super clear instructions written in all the emails I found anytime I really had a question. I could just refer to his initial email, which was great to have on hand as I was able to send it to all of the folks joining me. Incredibly central location and great layout for having as a base camp while you explore breck. There is no hot tub that was kind of a bummer.
