This beautiful condo has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master bedroom has a king bed and spa like bathroom and the second bedroom has a queen size bed and an attached bathroom. This unit has a large terrace with BBQ and outdoor sink that connects from the living room to the master bedroom. CDC Cleaning standards.

The price includes Fitness Center* membership and access to the restaurant and bar at the local Beachfront club for the duration of your stay.

*Please notice that the showers are spa-like bath tubs just for decorative purposes but ARE NOT meant to be filled up.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean View.

Guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom. Partial Ocean View.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

Max occupancy - 4 people.

A minimum of 3 night stay is required.

A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.

El Encanto Del La Laguna
Beautiful condo with wonderful ocean views and a gorgeous wrap-around balcony. Neighborhood of condos sits above oceanfront homes, so you are not right on the beach, just FYI. We were there when Hurricane Norma hit, and the staff (especially Carlos) was attentive, informative and concerned for our welfare. Carlos personally checked on us, brought us candles, matches and a flashlight, and even ice while the power was out! Considering how difficult the experience could have been, the staff made certain we still had an excellent stay. We will return!

Amazing stay!
My husband and my boys 18 and 21 stayed in this lovely condo. It was so thoughtfully equipped. Beach chairs towels umbrella cooler beach bag. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook and pack a lunch for the beach with Tupperware etc. the beds were very comfortable and stylish. I can’t say enough about everything:) Can’t wait to book another week.

Family Wedding Weekend
This property was the perfect place to stay for a wedding event. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The concierge service was very accessible and accommodating 24 hrs a day. While the Resort property is somewhat off the beaten path, the concierge could order a car or taxi on short notice to get you anywhere you wanted to go outside the Resort gates. The condo balconies are the perfect place for coffee in the morning or happy hour at sunset. I highly recommend this property for your next visit to San Jose del Cabo!
