This beautiful penthouse has 2,428 sq ft of interior living space and 627 sq ft of covered terrace. It offers a spacious floor plan with high ceilings, wood beams, high-end appliances, granite counters, and great ocean views. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and it is located on the third floor of the Villas Del Sol building of Phase II.

The price includes Fitness Center* membership and access to the restaurant and bar at the local Beachfront club for the duration of your stay.

The common areas are very open with lush landscaping, one of the most phenomenal infinity pools in all of Los Cabos, Jacuzzi, a gas BBQ, palapa bar, dining tables, lounge chairs, and a fire-pit. The condo is located approximately 500 feet to a beautiful white sand beach that is very private, quiet and great for relaxing. There is so much to see and do in Los Cabos and more specifically the area known as La Laguna. The perfect location for outdoor adventure, fun, or simply relaxing. CDC cleaning standards.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Pool and ocean view.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

Max occupancy - 6 people.
A minimum of 3 night stay is required.

Lovely beautiful view in a gorgeous neighborhood

We had an absolutely lovely time at this property. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and modern. We loved the location and quiet solitude of the neighborhood. The only downside was that our kids weren't allowed to go to the beach club pool, which was kind of a bummer. We were still able to access the other pool, though, which was quite nice. It would be great if you could pay additional to access the "pool club" with children. Other than that, this was an absolutely perfect place.

Amazing Property and Stay

Coming home to a wet and cold Canada after two weeks in glorious sun by the beach and pool at Encanto de Laguna is to land with a firm bump. I can heartily recommend staying here for winter sunshine. The condo is amazing, spacious and lives up to the photos. The balcony offers ocean views to watch whales, sunrises and sunsets. The pool just below is often empty and adds to the peace and quiet of the property. The beach is 2 mins stroll and the beach club is 5 mins. The club offers great food and drinks in an understated and attentive atmosphere to either enjoy all day or after the gym or beach. We booked mainly because Maria, a concierge, was quick to answer questions and offer help to make our stay effortless. A car necessary as it’s about 15 mins from town and we needed it to enjoy the East Cape surfing, Acre, snorkelling at Palmilla, and then nearby old town of San Jose. Depending on your view and taste this isn’t a “Cabo” stay. From the moment we arrived we were treated with care, respect and warmth and a real sense we’d joined a relaxed and private community. If you need more the big hotel scene then this may be too quiet. We thought that it would backfire for our 3 teenagers but they loved the relaxed and private vibe. In winter you can swim the beach if you are confident with a crash and dump break. Otherwise drive to Palmilla and take some goggles or snorkel gear. In the end we left wondering if we should try to buy here because we will be back. One tip - do not believe anyone at the airport about activities and reductions etc because they are inevitably linked to a timeshare viewing with a hard sell. Just get to Encanto and then organise your trip. Maria and her team would be more than happy to help.

Stunning property and a great stay

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! There's plenty to do — or it's fine to do nothing at all but sit on the veranda and watch the ocean. No whales were spotted this time of year, but in migration season, some days you'll have a parade of plumes and splashes. Buzzards (the restaurant) is about 10 minutes walk away, and Flora Farms and Acre are very close by. Communication with the concierge service was superb. Would definitely book again!

Amazing condo with great amenities

The condo was perfect for our family for a nice relaxing week. The condo pool is great for kids and has a nice swim up bar and grill you can make yourself at home with. There are only a few condos that share it so it basically was our private pool. The staff was all extremely friendly and the full time residents who are around were all very nice. It’s nice being able to walk to Buzzards if you want to get out of El Encanto but really this was a perfect quiet spot that’s easy to get back to town from. I recommend having a rental car, preferably a small suv so it’s easier to get up the dirt roads to the quieter beaches to the east. The condo is also well equipped to cook or grill and was a pleasure to sit on the patios and enjoy the ocean. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and it was great with a one and five year old!

Condo 301 del sol was great, awesome views and great amenities, everything was as advertised and pictured. Susana the concierge was great to work with and was always ready to help and communication was great!
