Welcome to Park City Park Station 135, a completely remodeled and fully refurnished condo in the heart of Park City—just steps from Historic Main Street and minutes from the Town Lift. Thoughtfully designed to feel both elevated and welcoming, this home blends mountain comfort with unbeatable walkability and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, making it a perfect place to relax, reconnect, and create memories together.
A short 3–5 minute walk brings you directly to Historic Main Street, where you'll find award-winning dining, boutique shopping, galleries, and nightlife. Prefer not to walk? The free Park City Transit bus stops right outside the building, offering easy access to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley, Canyons Village, and Kimball Junction.
The Space
This single-level condo spans approximately 1,100 square feet and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. From the communal garage or outdoor parking, enter the building lobby and take the elevator or stairs to the third floor, where you'll step into a bright, open living space filled with natural light.
Living Room
The living room has been fully refurnished in a warm mountain-contemporary style. Relax on the plush queen sleeper sofa and two cozy armchairs, gather around the wood-burning fireplace with marble surround, or enjoy a movie night on the 65” Samsung Smart TV with Xfinity cable.
Entertainment includes a multi-sport game table, board games, cards, and children's toys, creating a space that's ideal for families and groups looking to unplug and spend quality time together. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy Old Town and mountain views, with cushioned patio seating perfect for morning coffee or après-ski relaxation.
Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen features an electric range, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, Drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker and grinder, electric kettle, toaster oven/air fryer, crockpot, and ample cookware for home-cooked meals. Dining includes seating for six at the quartz dining table, plus four additional seats at the breakfast bar.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Primary Bedroom: King bed, 55” Samsung Smart TV, reading chair, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower.
Second Bedroom: Queen-over-queen bunk beds and a desk workspace, perfect for kids or additional guests.
Second Bathroom: Tub/shower combo with dual-sink vanity.
Community Amenities
Park Station amenities include indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna, picnic area with BBQ grills, and beautifully landscaped common areas. Amenity hours are 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily. Outdoor pool and spa hours vary seasonally, while the indoor spa is open year-round.

- Due to lack of crowds and cold conditions, the outdoor pool is now closed until Memorial Day weekend. Also the outdoor smaller raised spa.
The large outdoor spa will be open until end of next weekend, then closed April 20th when we start landscaping.
The indoor spa located in basement of Building 2 will be open during landscaping (4/20/26-5/22/26).
We plan to then close the indoor spa for the balance of the season and open up the outdoor pool and spas Memorial Day weekend for the summer season. -
