Welcome to Birds Eye View!

Fabulous 2 bedrooms and 2 baths all on a single level. Elevator located right outside the door! Newly painted and decorated.

Master bedroom features a King bed and en-suite with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a set of beautiful twin beds. The 2nd bathroom is located off the hall and also has a tub/shower combination.

Fido wants to come? No problem! Up to 2 pups are permitted with a pet fee. He will enjoy sitting out on the balcony watching the sun come up over the marsh1

Located within walking distance to Sea Palms restaurant, Sago and the golf clubhouse.

CHECK IN: 4:00 pm
CHECK OUT: 10:00 am

‱ Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
‱ Dogs are permitted with the addition of our $100 pet fee per dog. (Limit 2)

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

Little Slice of Paradise

My husband and I stayed here for spring break and had a wonderful time. The condo is super clean, furnished nicely, and the views out the back our sensational!

We chose this property for the view, and it did not disapoint. The beds were comfortable, and plenty of towels were provided. There are no oven safe pans or baking dishes, and only two coffee mugs. The coffee naker had to be jerry rigged to work. Beware check in is off site at opposite end of island.

Wedding Trip

This property was beautiful! It was very clean, beds were super comfy, and it’s located in a great location! Before we came down we reached out to the property menagerie to extend our trip (come 1 day early) and they were very accommodating. We also contacted them to extend our trip again and stay an extra day and they were again super accommodating! 10/10 recommend staying here!

We loved this place. Everything was easy. Great view of the marsh with wildlife. Short drive to everything. Quite community. The only bad thing which it wasn’t that big of a deal is that the bedrooms were warmer than the living/kitchen area but we just left the bedroom doors open and turned the ceiling fans on, other than that everything was perfect. Also the blow dryer that is supplied is old but still a goody.

Very cute place

Love the decor! Beds comfy, we had everything we needed. Pretty area, great location. The AC vent dripped in one of the bedrooms and it was difficult to regulate the temperature. That needs to be seen about then it would be 5-star.

The pictures on the website doesn’t give the actual place Justice! it’s so beautiful, I took a chance and booked it. I’m so happy I did. I enjoyed my two days there it was wonderful and very memorable. Me and my boyfriend made a pact to book every October!

Large rooms, comfortable beds and bedding, sofa could use revamp. Washer dryer in condo very convenient. Showers could use grab bars. One toilet is very low and does not flush well. For a non-pet facility there was a lot of animal hair that needed cleaning. Long term residents were very friendly. Sea Palms and Real Escapes both handled issues quickly. We enjoyed eating at La Plancha, The Half Shell, Crabdaddies and Barrier Is. Brewery. Exploring the island, The Village and walking the beach were great for we golden agers.

Beautiful condo with nice view

The condo was decorated nicely and they used the space wisely. The resort was nice . The restaurant at the resort had live music on Friday night and a great brunch on Sunday the food was good. We will definitely stay again for our girls weekend getaway.
