We now have North outside pool, indoor pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, sauna open. There is beach access still available right next door walking north of building.
The south side outdoor pool, children waterfall pool , Tiki Bar and Restaurant closed due to the Hurricane damages.

The space
Welcome to our oceanfront 1 Bedroom condo at the Daytona Beach Resort Spa and Conference Center. Please note pools are opened recently after hurricane repairs. However, our condo offers 2 Queen size beds, 1 Sofa Bed, and newly furnished amenities including a cooktop, microwave, convection oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, Rice cooker, and all necessary dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. Additional amenities include an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, linens, and towels.

Entertainment options include two 65" Smart TVs with 40+ channels, Netflix, and WiFi. You'll also enjoy great food, music, drinks, shops, and plenty of fun in the nearby area. Our location offers convenience with its central location on a quiet piece of sand. Although pool access is currently unavailable, you can still enjoy our other facilities such as the Cafe, Tiki Bar, Fitness Room, and Business Center. Additionally, numerous stores and restaurants are within walking distance.

This condo is perfect for both weekend getaways and week-long stays. While the neighborhood, ambiance, and comfy beds enhance your experience, please note that pool access is temporarily unavailable. Our accommodations are suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella for your convenience.

Entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. Free parking next to DBR building. Periodically there is live karaoke and a DJ and an outdoor movie display for your entertainment.
