The host was great! He responded quickly to all my questions during the stay. The rental is updated with nice decor and is equipped with a very comfortable bed. For all the ladies out there the bathroom has a large countertop for your toiletries, accessories, and has ample space to get ready each day. The location is fantastic! Within walking distances of so many shops, restaurants and antique stores. I highly recommend this home away from home!

This studio is spacious and cozy. We loved the thoughtful decor and comfortable bed. The location couldn't be better, we did not have to move our car all weekend in that everything is within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Truly perfect for our stay! Located right at the edge of downtown, parking was great, and check in was easy. The place was just as described/pictured- spacious for two and extremely comfortable. Only thing to note is that sound travels quite a bit between this unit and the unit downstairs, but evenings were quiet and overall we weren’t bothered. Definitely recommend- we’d happily stay here again!

This is a nice studio apartment, well furnished and very clean. But it's real selling point is its location. Although sort of hiding behind a sign shop, it's right in the heart of Boone, within walking distance of many good restaurants and breweries. David is a good and friendly host and was quick to respond to my inquiries. My wife and I appreciated his tips on where to hike.

Cute 2nd story apartment VERY close to town

The unit is very cute and nicely decorated. Has a very nice kitchen area, which we did not use during our one night stay. The location is excellent - one block walk to the heart of downtown Boone. We were able to easily walk to the Performing Arts center on campus for a concert. A/C is a window unit (not central air), but it felt cool enough for me. Parking is off-street, but the alley back to the duplex is tight. A large SUV would be tough to maneuver and park, IMO. There are stairs only to the second floor, so keep that in mind when booking.

The rental was nicely decorated and very clean. Only thing to note is the parking can be a bit tight for a larger vehicle, but we made it work and enjoyed our stay.

Mother daughter trip

We have been coming for the 4th of July for many years and have always did a hotel. This was a great change! The host was very accessible and it was great to stay in a convenient location. No complaints at all!

Wonderful stay

Me and my wife love Boone and this was truly the Urban Oasis we had been looking for. The space was super clean and relaxing. You wouldn’t even know you were staying on the Main Street in town given how quiet it was. David is an incredible host. We can’t wait to come back and stay here, again.

David has worked as an instructor and administrator at ASU and the local community college, while Rachel works in healthcare. The couple have three children, three dogs, and four cats. (In fact, David is no longer allowed by his wife to go to the Humane Society alone.)
