The Badger's Den is a studio apartment nestled in the treetops! Enjoy relaxing out on the deck or explore the grounds featuring a waterfall, a peaceful Koi pond, and a summer house with views of Grandfather Mountain. The apartment features a luxurious colonial queen size bed and a fold out couch for extra guests. Located between Boone and Blowing Rock, the Badger's Den is ideally located to explore all that the Blue Ridge Mountains has to offer!

What a delightful studio. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the bakery cookies, the stocked coffee bar, and stocked water and soda! Plenty of comfy linens. The studio was secluded, but conveniently located to town and ski lodges. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return in the fall. I highly recommend the Badger’s Den.

This is a small but very beautiful place to stay! 4 people can stay comfortably but with little privacy due to everything in one room other than bathroom. Owners are absolutely great to deal with! Very clean with small gestures from owners like muffins on table some drinks in fridge and shampoo and conditioner in shower! 10/10 We absolutely loved this place will definitely be back!

Badger’s Den is a wonderful and cozy haven near Blowing Rock. The place has lovely views and provides a cozy cabin feel. The linens and bedding are good quality and the kitchen is well appointed and stocked with basic necessities. We appreciated that the coffee bar was stocked and there are special touches and attention detail everywhere you look. There is good internet and access to tv streaming services. The host was easy quick to respond to questions and to offer suggestions re: activities and restaurants in the area. We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again in the future. Would highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary/babymoon trip to the mountains. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer! This is a perfect location close to Blowing Rock and Boone. We loved the theme and decor inside it was the perfect little studio. Erik and Sharon were thoughtful to leave us treats from a local bakery and a little gift for our baby on the way. Thank you for your hospitality; we’d love to stay again in the future!

We had a great 2 night stay at the Badgers Den. It was clean, cozy, & in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed the views & the delicious cookies that were waiting for us when we arrived! The space had everything we needed. Kitchen was well appointed to make a couple of quick meals. Even had some oils, spices, a few bottled waters, & some sodas. Directions to & instructions for the property were clear & easy to follow. It is located in between Boone & Blowing Rock. The drive to & from is pretty, but lots of up & down & winding roads. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a perfect getaway location. We enjoyed the privacy and the location is near Boone, Blowing Rock and Grandfather Mountain. Quiet & apartment is perfect. Kitchen had premier cooking utensils, pans, and I loved the extra care with coffee or tea and dishes. Excellent one room for a couple. Walking up to the garden house called Mole Hill is an extra perk. We loved Badger’s Den and the theme from Wind in the Willows!

Awesome location to Blowing Rock and Hound Ears CC. And the wood path makes you feel like Hansel and Gretal would be meeting you anytime. Just a spectacular place.

Quiet Anniversary in the Badger's Den

We enjoyed a nice, quiet stay for 2 nights at the Badger's Den. It's a really cute, clean property. Everything went well. The owner communicated well with us prior to our stay, so the place was easy to find. Lots of nice amenities like super comfy pillows, plush towels, and even some pastries left for us for our breakfast. Would 100% stay again.
