Forest Home à Boone avec Internet rapide, le petit-déjeuner et une télévision

Vous allez adorer cette maison moderne et chaleureuse dans les bois. Vous profiterez d'un accĂšs Internet rapide et de nombreux choix de tĂ©lĂ©viseurs, tout en vous relaxant Ă  la maison. Il est parfait pour des vacances en famille Ă  la montagne et convient aux voyageurs d'affaires. Il est proche de l'UniversitĂ© d'État des Appalaches, de nombreux parcs, de la randonnĂ©e, du Rocky Knob pour le vĂ©lo de montagne, etc.

Le condo de niveau supérieur offre 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains. La chambre du premier niveau comprend un ensemble de lits superposés avec un lit double en bas et un lit simple en haut. Il y a également une douche à l'italienne et une laverie dans la salle de bain du premier niveau.

La chambre en mezzanine dispose d'un élégant lit queen-size et d'une grande penderie. Il y a une salle de bain avec un ensemble douche / baignoire.

La cuisine a toutes les commodités modernes. Il contient tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour votre séjour, y compris des produits de base pour le petit-déjeuner chaud, une cafetiÚre Keurig, ainsi que du thé, du sucre et un large éventail d'épices.

Le salon dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat avec un Firestick et Alexa. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video et Hulu avec Live TV sont disponibles. Internet est trÚs rapide, 200 Mbps.

L'allée est modérément raide. En hiver, un véhicule à quatre roues motrices serait idéal. Le stationnement est autorisé au bout de la rue par temps glacial / neigeux.

Il y a des locataires dans le condo ci-dessous. S'il vous plaĂźt ĂȘtre conscient que le bruit aprĂšs 23 heures doit ĂȘtre rĂ©duit au minimum.
Aucune fĂȘte ou grand rassemblement d'aucune sorte n'est autorisĂ©. Ce condo est dans un quartier familial et les fĂȘtes ne sont pas possibles.

Overall, this was a great property with an amazing location. We loved being so close to Hatchet Coffee and Rocky Knob Park. It was a a little warm as the single unit struggled to cool the entire place, but to be fair, it was also unreasonably warm for the time of year. Thanks for having us!

We appreciated the soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms as well as coffee and tea service in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in working order. The place shows its age and could use some fresh paint. This place is a great location in Boone. We loved being in a heavily wooded area. The leaves were starting to change. It was quiet. We did have other guests staying in the downstairs unit, but we never heard them.

Great location!

My wife and I stayed to visit our son at AppState for homecoming, and the unit had everything we needed to stay comfortably only 6 minutes from Boone!

Great little spot to weekend!

This place was great. The location in the woods feels as though you're ever from civilization, but you're really just around the corner. Beautiful house, comfy and cozy. Will definitely be returning here when returning to the area!

Boone weekend getaway

Our stay in your home was relaxing and nice. The weather was cold and rainy so we ended up staying in and watching movies. We did get out to see the downtown area for a bit. The home was cozy and had all the basic things we needed for cooking. Hope to come back to the area soon.

Exploring Boone

We came to Boone to explore the university campus and attend the Saturday football game. The rental was perfect for our trip and found everything as expected. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we are back in Boone.

Great hideaway - convenient to Mountaineer Village

We booked to move our daughter into Mountaineer Village. It was very close to her new place. Well stocked kitchen for cooking needs, enough room for all of us, and great views of nature. We will book again!

Wonderful Stay

We had a lovely stay at this property. We were in town for our daughter’s December graduation from App State. The property was the perfect location and large enough for our family to be comfortable. We liked being able to eat our meals at the home and found the kitchen to be well equipped. We wish we had found this gem our daughter’s freshman year! We would have stayed often throughout her time at App State!!

Close to Boone - comfortable stay!

The property location is fabulous! A little outside of Boone, so it is quiet and secluded. A very easy drive into town. We were visiting our son at App State and the trip to campus was about 9 minutes. The house is big enough for a family of 4 or 5 to stay comfortably. Great amenities in the kitchen and the property is well kept. Top of the driveway is a bit steep, but workable. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Boone!

Fit Our Needs Perfectly

My wife, her sister and I needed a place to stay visiting Boone for a mini family reunion of sorts. The place met our needs with much space and separate privacy for us. The kitchen was full size and more than enough for us. Honestly, we weren't there much except to sleep and have breakfast, so we didn't get to use the living room at all. The access is steep but having lived in Colorado and now with a steep driveway in South Carolina it is not an issue for us. I have a Nissan Rogue and there was plenty of room to park and turn around to drive down the driveway.Check-in was easy with the keypad lock. Everything was in great shape inside and out for us.Location gives quick access to town, shopping, eating out and gas.

Spacious and excellent location

Kitchen was well stocked. Nice having so much space in addition to roomy bedrooms and baths. Only downside was parking. With the extra room, we hoped to have family visit but we couldn't fit more than one car (glad our oldest didn't drive separately from college) and with two cars at the lower unit it was a little difficult to get out of the steep driveway. Not ideal but not a deal breaker! Had a great weekend that the owner helped us reschedule after Hurricane Helene affected our original trip. Very grateful for that!
