Bright sunny, fully renovated home just 6 minute walk to kids corner and beautiful Lake Michigan. Walking distance to downtown South Haven. Walk the Kal Haven trail. Amazing and private fenced back yard. Large patio with electric grill and gas fire pit. Clean quiet neighborhood.
Fully stocked new beautiful kitchen! Pots , pans , crock pot and utensils! Everything you need! Coffee bar with a kerig maker. We will have a few starter pods for you. Open concept living room , dining and kitchen for family hanging out together.
Two bedrooms one queen bed and one king bed on main level and full bathroom.
Beautiful fully remodeled lower level has one queen bedroom and full bathroom. Laundry . A huge game room with pool table , games , and tv.
Mini barn holds 4 bikes, beach chairs a Tommy Bahama beach wagon. Corn hole game! All for your family to enjoy!

We had a great stay. Angelfish cottage was adorable and very clean. A place where we could really relax. So close to the waterfront and many great restaurants! Great home!

Perfect stay

We are so happy we found this place! It's just about a mile from downtown so it is nice and quiet and private with a fenced in yard but it's a really quick trip to walk, bike, or drive downtown for food, shopping, coffee, etc.! Really close to some beautiful nature and beaches, but not so close that you're in the thick of everything all the time! Super clean, well maintained, and the host was a joy to work with!

Perfect getaway

Wonderful repeat visit to Angelfish Cottage. The property has everything we need to hang out and relax plus offers easy access to town. Love that the trail and beach are just a short walk away.

Wonderful place

We loved the place as it was so clean and neat and beautifully decorated and had everything one would need for a vacation to South Haven . Although the location is a little farther from beach and town we still easily walked to these locations

Family vacation

Angelfish was very clean, well equipped kitchen. Good size for 4 adults and 2 children Enjoyed the private back yard. Close to downtown South Haven and the beach.

Summer Fun

Awesome Stay in South Haven

Awesome experience from start to finish. Great accommodations for our family of six. Great location, only blocks from the beach. Only six minutes from downtown made everything easily accessible. Great communication with the owners. Loved our stay!!!

Relaxing Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Angelfish Cottage. Great layout, well appointed kitchen, rec room and bedroom downstairs were a bonus. Easy walk or drive to beach/downtown and access to the trail is awesome for runners/ walkers/bikers. Loved the private outdoor space.

Great Weekend Stay!

The house was clean, nice, and very welcoming. Coffee bar, pool table, nice bedrooms. It was close to town, which gave me and my group the chance to explore South Haven. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions, and was always very nice and informative. All in all, a perfect weekend!

Everything we needed for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Angelfish Cottage! The house had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay (we were there for a week). The host thought of everything. Although a little far (for us) to walk into town, everything was a quick drive away. The neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed the outside spaces. We hope to return soon!

Beautiful and cozy!

This was such an awesome property! Likely the cleanest and most well stocked vacation home we’ve ever stayed at. Jane was quick with communication. The backyard was awesome to hangout in, as was the basement when we just needed AC for a while. Enjoyed our stay!

Great house in quiet neighborhood!

This property is really great! It had everything we needed! We had a great time here! Everything is new and very clean! Close to the beach and downtown. Extremely quiet at night, we got good rest. The owner was very responsive and answered all our questions fast.

Home is located close to all attractions and was clean with all modern amenities. Jane has thought of everything from pots and pans to beach supplies! Very fast response with any question's. Highly recommend this cottage and will return again.

Comfy and cozy

The property was clean and comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay there. When I contacted the hostess ( I couldn’t figure out how to use the kitchen faucet) she promptly replied back. Location of the home was close to everything!! I highly recommend this home to stay if your looking for a vacation rental. If we come back we will book here again!!

Angelfish Cottage was the perfect home for our relaxing vacation to South Haven. The property was just as described and served as a great home away from home. The cottage is fully stocked and is extremely cozy and comfortable. The fenced-in back yard is AWESOME and features a nice gas fire pit to visit with family or just enjoy a beautiful evening. Even with some construction going on nearby, the house was very quiet. The furniture and beds are very comfortable and the home is extremely well-maintained. One of our favorite features was its close proximity to downtown, the beach and several bike trails. Everything is a 10-15 minute walk or a quick bike ride. The fenced backyard was also great to store our kayaks and bikes. There is a nice kayak launch for the Black River off of Phoenix. There are also numerous parks, beaches, blueberry farms and wineries within a 10-15 minute drive. We had a great trip and I would highly recommend Angelfish Cottage to anyone visiting South Haven!

Many extras included

We stayed at Angelfish for a long weekend with our daughter, SIL, and infant granddaugher. We enjoyed using the firepit and grill. The beach chairs and umbrella were a great addition to our beach day! And my husband loved being able to vacuum out the car before we left (specific vacuum for cars in the shed). The downtown farmers market was great, and we bought items to grill at Bob's meat market. Thanks for a great visit!

Perfect home for our multi-generational family vacation!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angelfish Cottage! The home was clean; the beds were comfortable; and the kitchen was well-stocked. The lake is a very doable 15-minute walk or a short drive. We really enjoyed having beach chairs available to use since we flew into town and, obviously, couldn't bring any on the plane. We also enjoyed the pool table, board games, and corn hole. The neighborhood, itself, was nice and quiet. Lastly, Jane was very responsive when I had a question about something at the beginning of the trip. If you decide to stay here, you won't be disappointed.

We chose this property because its on Indiana Ave (we live in Indiana), and because it is a habitat for humanity house that needed our love. We love sitting outside and hearing the waves on Lake Michigan. We also love our wonderful neighbors. The neighborhood is so quiet and friendly. We want to share this beautiful place!
