À seulement 5 minutes à pied de South Beach et de l'aire de jeux Kids Corner. À seulement 1 mile des commerces et restaurants du centre-ville. La maison est située dans une rue privée. Grande cour arrière avec foyer, barbecue à gaz et meubles de patio.

Il y a 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes. Un lit queen dans la chambre principale avec une salle de bain complète en suite. 1 lit double dans une chambre supplémentaire et une autre chambre supplémentaire avec 2 lits doubles. Salle de bain complète avec baignoire et douche dans le couloir. Il y a 2 coins repas, 2 salles familiales et une grande cuisine.

La propriété est entièrement meublée et comprend la climatisation centrale, laveuse et sécheuse, cuisine entièrement équipée, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, micro-ondes, TV, 1 décodeur Comcast, WIFI, lecteur DVD, sèche-cheveux, table de patio et 6 chaises, 4 plages chaises, barbecue à gaz, foyer, serviettes de bain, vaisselle, argenterie, ustensiles de cuisine et ustensiles.

Vous apprécierez le charme rafraîchissant du Lake House dans les décorations. Il existe de nombreuses commodités et attractions locales pour vous occuper. Vous pouvez profiter d'une journée à la plage, louer un jet ski ou un kayak sur la rivière Noire à proximité, faire une balade à vélo sur l'un des 2 sentiers à proximité, aller à la pêche ou faire une promenade dans les magasins du centre-ville et la jetée. Il y a aussi des vignobles locaux, des terrains de golf et des endroits pour cueillir des fruits frais. Mais l'un des moments les plus mémorables est de regarder le soleil se coucher sur l'eau près du phare, c'est très paisible et rafraîchissant, votre propre havre de paix.

Great for Extended Families

Sunset Haven was the perfect property for our extended family trip! Lots of space for everyone to comfortably be together. We had a great time. House was very clean and spacious. Loved how they had beach chairs and toys available, plus bags to play in the garage. 5 minute walk to beach and kids corner playground about a 3 minute walk. Host was very responsive to questions and helpful. Recommend for sure.

Great visit to South Haven

Nice place, close the the beach, and about a mile walk to downtown. Was with four adults and two infants and had plenty of space. Property was clean and in good condition. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I have been small business owners for over 15 years. We have 2 children, who absolutely love and enjoy our South Haven house. We are from a Northwest Suburb of Chicago, IL.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Our family has been coming to South Haven for over 10 years. Every time we come we enjoy the downtown area, beach, Kids corner, farmers market, wine tasting, golfing, and picking blueberries. It's a nice way to get away from it all without going far from home. We also love walking to the lighthouse and we love watching the sunsets. There is so much to do in this beautiful town. We were also attracted by the cute downtown area with fudge shops, candy shops, and ice cream shops. We just truly love the atmosphere and we have never met nicer people to be around.

This house is located on a private street with a large .25 acre backyard. The best part is the 5 minute walk to the beach and only being a mile from downtown. We have owned the house for over 8 years and decided to make some big changes. We recently renovated Sunset Haven specifically for family gatherings of our family and yours. With the finished basement, it is now 2800 sq ft of space, with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and sleeps 12. There are 2 eating areas, 2 family rooms, and a large open gathering space. Outdoor dining area on concrete patio with enough seating for everyone. The finished basement includes a bedroom, full bathroom, finished laundry area, Arcade and Foosball table. Located inside the garage, there is an EV Charging Station (level 2 chargepoint). With nearby activities for everyone and located on a quiet side street, it is the perfect place for making memories.
