Easy walk to the beach, harbor and downtown!
Charming two-bedroom home with comfy sleeper couch (sleeps 6 total) overlooking the river and marina. You’ll wake to the sound of seagulls over the river and birds chirping in the woods while you enjoy your morning coffee on the screened-in porch. Walk to the beautiful public beach or stroll to the harbor and visit the new Maritime Museum. End the day with an evening walk into the charming town of South Haven for dinner, drinks, and a movie. The adjacent woods and large lot make it ideal for families, but the private location is perfect for a romantic getaway. The large master bedroom has a four-poster bed, and the full-size bathroom has a combo shower/tub. Plenty of closet space throughout. Delightful open floorplan with a breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen to prepare the fish you caught on the North Beach pier!

Perfect home in the heart of South Haven! We could walk to the beach and also to the restaurants on the river. It was a large and spacious house which was perfect for our famiyl with kids. We loved the screened in porch as well! Plus the tire swing was a bonus surprise. We loved this home and will be back!

My fiancé and I had an amazing weekend in South Haven staying at Lisa's property. The property was very clean, check-in and communication with the owner was great, it really exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, less than 10 minute walk to the beach or downtown. We will definitely look to stay in this property again when returning to the area.

Very dated decor and kitchen. No disposal or dishwasher, 1 bathroom very small with mirror not much bigger than 8x10. No full length mirror anywhere, stained rugs, bed linens sub standard. Sleeps 6 but only table seating for 2. Screens on porch could use some maintenance. Location was good for downtown but overpriced for accommodations.

The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the screened porch and the smart TV for movies at night after sun filled days at the beach and downtown. Everything we eanted to do was truly walkable. Shopping, restaurants, beach, liquor store with snacks and ice. The bathroom is tiny and might be small for a larger person but worked just fine for us. Shower had great water pressure.We cooked full meals and kitchen had everything we needed. AC was very comfortable and everything was clean. Very cute place!I'd come back for sure.

House was just as described, perfectly clean and lots of space inside! The four seasons room was the best for meals and playing games. Kids loved the tire swing and there’s a good amount of yard to the side of the house. Once we parked the car didn’t need to drive again we walked all over downtown and also to multiple beaches including the main north beach.

Beautiful home and perfect location

the house is just fabulous - clean, spacious and amenities wonderful. The house is located close enough to downtown to walk, surrounded by park and beach. If you want to just relax the closed in porch is a great spot to kick back and read a book. Both Saugatuck and Holland are close 20-30 minute drive i travel with my large dog and it was perfect for him as well. Beautiful areas to walk your furry family members and he enjoyed the porch as well as the yard. Lisa the owner was most accommodating and responded immediately to any questions i had. i will certainly rent this property again!

Fall Getaway

Wonderful location for walking to downtown and beaches! Home is comfortable and bright. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch. Hosts were helpful and kind. Be aware that you need to go up a flight of stairs to enter the house. It was not an issue for us but it could be a barrier to some. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

This property is close to everything, you can just walk. My husband and I stayed for 5 days and our adult son joined us for 2. Clean property, great to sit on the screened porch. Host very responsive and nice.

Home away from home

We loved staying here. The place is very cozy and we felt right at home. Our kids absolutely loved the tire swing outside. Plenty of amenities. Location is great. We can’t wait to stay again.

Great VRBO experience!

This rental is the perfect house in an ideal location,walk to beach or down town.Very clean home, with all amenities, including all starter necessities. Love the extras; wine, tea bags, lotions, shampoo, etc. Very thoughtful. We spent most of our time in the screeb room watching deer in the little creek behind the house. The only issue was the internet was spotty which meant no email or TV for several hours every afternoon during our stay. Owner was working with internet company to resolve the issue. Would definitely rent again!
