Kathy's Kottage. Nouveau Bungalow sur le côté de Missionary Ridge

Cette maison, construite en 2017, a toutes les commodités! Trois chambres, deux salles de bains avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Il a une buanderie. Le bain de la salle a un combo baignoire / douche. Carrelage partout. Une cheminée romantique est dans le salon. Fumer est autorisé sur l'immense véranda, où vous pourrez vous détendre et laisser vos soucis s'envoler! Derrière la maison, il y a aussi un foyer. Cette maison a un grand sous-sol pour tous les motards qui aiment monter les montagnes locales. Les événements sont les bienvenus.

Great rental in a good location. Everything was clean and ready for us when we got there and the communication with the host made checking in and out a breeze. Super close to downtown and close but not too close to the freeway which made getting out of the city super quick.

Loving home. Nice area for dog and owner was near by and reachable for all needs. You can find everything you needed in this home. Games for kids, playground and nice yard. Me and my family will only be looking to stay at this location for every visit to Chattanooga.

Tammy was a fantastic host! She’s lives across the street from the VRBO, so she stopped by to introduce herself and encourage us to reach out if we needed anything. The house was perfect for us. She had provided everything we could possibly need for our stay. There were lots of toys for the kids and an assortment of games and puzzles. Also she provided a list of things to do in Chattanooga and recommended some places to eat. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely stay again!

So cute! So clean! So comfortable! Everything anyone would need was provided, from the youngest traveler to our four legged family member. The perfect place for the cousins to play and enjoy each other during our Chattanooga visit. A cozy place for the adults to unwind also. Being tourists can be stressful, but there was none of that once we got back to our cottage.

Great Location for Downtown and local sites

Very convenient and beautiful home. Had everything we look for in a mountain trip, from fire place indoor and outdoor fire pit, easy access, washer/dryer/dishwasher/grill.

Tammy was absolutely amazing!! The house was amazing! Definitely will stay again when we come back into town. It was so beautiful! Tammy was soo attentitive. The toys that Tammy had were so amazing, my son and daughter loved them so much, they didnt want to leave.

Fabulous trip

The house was great! It was very conveniently located to all of the activities that we wanted to do. The house had an AMAZING selection of toys for our little ones, and it was well laid out for 7 of us. The beds were very comfortable and the bunk beds were a HIT! Tammy was very easy to work with and made the stay so great! We will definitely return to this house again.

The city of Chattanooga is experiencing rapid redevelopment, economic growth, and what some call "gentrification". This means that if you stay in the city, you are likely to be on a street with a wide variety of properties, ranging from very good condition, to fair, to vacant. In addition, there is great racial, cultural, and economic diversity with city residents. I live across the street and love it here, but it may not be for everyone. I want all guests to consider this prior to booking, so no unfavorable review result.
My insurance does not cove the follow dogs: Dobermans, Chows, or Pit Bulls.
Please do not ask for a late check out. I respect that my cleaners have lives other than just cleaning my rentals. Feel free to stay another day. Thank you!
