Nous sommes situĂ©s sur la face infĂ©rieure de Missionary Ridge. La bataille de Missionary Ridge a Ă©tĂ© combattu ici le 26 novembre 1863. Les ConfĂ©dĂ©rĂ©s ont campĂ© Ă  l'endroit mĂȘme oĂč cette maison a Ă©tĂ© construite en 2016. Il y a un accĂšs en fauteuil roulant et un lot vide Ă  cĂŽtĂ© pour le stationnement de dĂ©bordement. Nous sommes les animaux domestiques et avons une belle cour clĂŽturĂ©e. Il est une chambre 3, 2 salles de bains, salon, salle Ă  manger avec un lave-linge et sĂšche-linge dans la cuisine. mobilier confortable et des lits douillets pour votre plaisir de dormir. Je fournirai des articles de toilette et petit-dĂ©jeuner. Downtown Chattanooga est Ă  seulement 2 miles. En face, nous avons Shuffleboard, Horse Shoes, table de pique-nique avec un barbecue et d'une Cour Bocce. Le jardin sur la dĂ©chirure next up Ă©tait sur le Salon du comtĂ© de Hamilton Master Gardener en 2013. Promenade dans le jardin, profiter de la vue de Chattanooga, et asseoir par la Fontaine Mermaid avec des poissons rouges, et laissez vos soucis disparaissent.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This was the cleanest, best stocked place we have stayed. Centrally located to major highways made getting around easy and the fenced yard was perfect for the pups. We look forward to coming back to Chattanooga and would definitely rent from Tammy again.

Location was very convenient, close to both downtown and lookout mountain. Clean and well stocked with a couple lovely welcome treats from the owner. The host was communicative and very accommodating. I would highly recommend.

My sister, mom and I took a girls trip and we made the best decision to book this property. Tammy has everything on hand that you should need for an enjoyable stay in this house. Tammy is an amazing and super friendly host that will make you feel like you are right at home in her house and her neighborhood. It was plenty close enough and easy for us to get to the places we wanted to visit in Chattanooga. This house is great and I expect all of her houses are... no matter which one you choose.. I am sure it will be a great choice!

I grew up in Philadelphia, Tn on a small horse farm. I moved to Chattanooga to go to college and have stayed here since. Like kudzu my roots go 6 feet under.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I had this property build for a vacation rental. I own the whole block. The other houses are yearly rentals. I have been playing Monopoly in my neighborhood since 1983. There are 2 other short term rentals on this same block, Ridgedale Roost and Kathy's Kottage, Thatcher's Mill House and Makin' Memories for large family events.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The city of Chattanooga is experiencing rapid redevelopment, economic growth, and what some call "gentrification". This means that if you stay in the city, you are likely to be on a street with a wide variety of properties, ranging from very good condition, to fair, to vacant. In addition, there is great racial, cultural, and economic diversity with city residents. I live across the street and love it here, but it may not be for everyone. I want all guests to consider this prior to booking, so no unfavorable review result.
My insurance does not cover the follow dog breeds: Dobermans, Pit bulls, and Chows.
Please do not ask for a late check out. I respect that my cleaners have lives other than just cleaning my rentals. Feel free to stay another day. Thank you!
