THE SPACE:
Four Seasons Room:
Our charming four-season room is a peaceful retreat that offers breathtaking lakefront views and the ultimate relaxation experience.

Open Concept Kitchen and Living Room:
Unwind in the inviting open-concept living space that seamlessly blends the living room and kitchen, complete with a 65” TV, PlayStation, and various streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a convenient slow cooker, and the flip breakfast bar provides stunning views of the lakefront. To enhance your stay, we offer a selection of thoughtfully curated individually wrapped snacks and wine, free of charge.

Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom provides a spacious retreat for two, with a plush queen bed, a 42” TV with multiple streaming options, a spacious closet, a luggage rack, and nightstands with storage.

Guest Bedroom:
The guest bedroom provides cozy comfort for two, with a full bed, a dedicated luggage rack, and floating nightstands.

Bathroom:
Rest easy knowing we have your toiletry needs covered in the bathroom, in case you've forgotten something.

Modern Amenities:
We cater to both casual and experienced travelers with provided refreshments, streaming services, parking, and USB charging stations for your convenience.

GUEST ACCESS:
A convenient lockbox ensures flexible check-in times without prior coordination.

On-site parking is available, accommodating 4 vehicles.

Complimentary firewood will be provided for guests' use during their stay.

Guests will enjoy complimentary wine, individually wrapped snacks and a continental-style breakfast featuring items such as fruit bars, trail mix, oatmeal, crackers, etc.

Guests will have access to two kayaks, an inflatable boat, and life jackets for water activities.

Guests will also have access to bicycles, yard games, pop-up tents, and other outdoor items stored in the garage and shed.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Grass Lake is a private, no-wake lake. It's views can be enjoyed from the dock or using non-motorized boats such as kayaks, and floating rafts. Please note that swimming is not advised due to the soft bottom and shallow waters (approximately 4 ft). For alternative swimming options and boat launch facilities, several additional lakes are conveniently located within a 5-10 minute drive.

Routine lawn care, snow removal, and garbage pick-up will be handled by our service providers throughout the week.

Stephenson Township, located just one hour North of Green Bay in the heart of Crivitz, WI, boasts attractions like the scenic High Falls Flowage and Veterans Memorial Park. Hike along picturesque trails, fish in pristine waters, or enjoy a refreshing swim or kayak adventure. Cozy local bars offer a chance to mingle with friendly locals, while convenient gas stations and stores cater to your needs.
