This quaint 3 bedroom home located in Silver Cliff has the room you need to park your trailer of ATV/UTV/Snowmobiles and enjoy our "UP North" country activities and scenery. Sit on the front porch and take in the Fall colors or ride the trails to one of the many activities available in the area.

Please be advised there are cameras on the outside of the property.

Between the discrimination, poor hygiene, and shady pricing practices, this place should be avoided at all costs. Absolutely unacceptable.

The house was very nice, near a gas station and a great bar and restaurant called jungle Jim’s. Would definitely stay there again.

This location was amazing for side by side trails!! It’s got everything you need and was nice and quiet and tidy! We enjoyed the ample parking and accessibility to the gas station, Jungle Jim’s, and all of the several other bars and restaurants! We will definitely be staying again!

Great place!

Couple of buddies and I stayed for the weekend doing some trail riding. Have stayed here a few times great location for getting onto trails fuel is down the road and jungle Jim’s is next door which has the best food! Overall great time as always highly recommend this place!

Good atv riding place.

Good place to stay if you want to explore the local trails. We stayed here for a weekend to attend a friends wedding. Place was clean. Having a bar with food next door is an added bonus.

Great house!

My husband and a friend rented the house to go atving for the weekend. They have rented many houses and said this is by far the best one they have stayed at! Clean, comfortable, great location to trails, awesome hosts. They plan to rent again next time they head up north to atv. Thanks so much.

Perfect for ATV/UTV trips

The house is perfectly placed amongst miles and miles of ATV/UTV trails with awesome points of interest to ride to. Marinette County is the waterfall capital of WI and there are hiking or trail riding opportunities to see them. The house space and parking was fantastic and very accommodating for multiple trucks and trailers. Highly recommended overall!

Fire 2024 UTV Ride

Perfect ATV location

If you’re looking to ride the trails either on ATV or sled this is the place for you! Right on the trails, easy access to gas, a bar next door for those late returns and you don’t want to cook
 If you are looking for a quiet escape this is not the place to stay. There is a lot of road noise and the neighbors split wood like the entire time we were there
. Didn’t really distract for us because we were on the trails most of the time. I agree with other users that the beds aren’t the most comfortable and are a little squeaky but it wasn’t enough to be a big deal. The kitchen has enough to get by with but if you’re planning to do a lot of cooking this may be lacking. The gas grill was nice to have versus charcoal for times sake. However only half of it would light. The house is very clean, water pressure was great and plenty of hot water for a family to clean up after riding. The AC worked great. They also have a great house binder with instructions and all sorts of things to do/eat in the area. Overall we would stay here again for sure. Thanks for such a great time!

Great stay

The property was exactly as described. Communication was made with details prior to our stay and made it clear and easy for us. We came to visit family and it was a great location for us. It was close to restaurants and a gas station. We were pleased with our stay and would definitely use the property in the future. Thank you for allowing us the use of your home.

Being retired Military (Navy) I've traveled the world, and in civilian life have lived on both coasts and numerous places in between. Our last adventures were in the Southwest before moving back here to Wisconsins North Woods where I spent part of my childhood to enjoy time with friends and family. My wife (PJ) is living out one of her life long dreams of living in the country... homesteading, canning, spinning, weaving, and working with different types of fiber in her fiber mill where she processes wool for spinners. We enjoy crafts, music, making new friends, spending time with old friends, and a good camp fire where tall tales are told and memories are made. Oh, did I mention a good old guitar jam?

Escape the city, enjoy the quite of "UP North" with all it has to offer... Lakes for Fishing, skiing, hiking, trails (ATV/UTV/Snowmobile) all of which are close by. My family has enjoyed this property for more than 40 years and we're pleased to be able to share it with you as well.

Sit on the font porch, enjoy the surrounding woods, fresh clean air and a good meal from one of the local area establishments. Why drink and drive when you can walk next door to Jungle Jims Pub for a cold brew and hot meal. There is plenty of room for your trailer full of toys to off load, and then hit the trails.
