Note: This is a gated property (24/7). You must show pass each time you enter gate. No need show pass when you exit. Host will arrange for pass before arrival.

Comfort and Convenience

We had a wonderful 12 day stay. The unit is spacious, well stocked, and very comfortable with essentially 2 master BR/baths. It worked very well for a couple of friends in Indio to enjoy some golf. Lisa was very easy to work with and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Felt right at home!

Stayed here for work with my husband and 4 mo old daughter. We loved our stay! The property had all the essentials to make us feel tight at home! Extra pillows and towels, earplugs on the night stands, clean fully stocked kitchen, black out curtains in the bedrooms, property guide book, and more! The host was responsive and accommodating! We loved the community and its amenities! We felt right at home! We were bummed we had to leave! Will definitely be staying again!

Good week

Our stay was amazing. The only down fall was the golf course at the house was horrible. We were hoping it would be in much much better shape so we didn’t play there at all the entire week.

Indio Retreat

A lovely house in Indio. Sweet welcome basket upon arrival. Kitchen has everything you need plus Keurig with coffee pods. Very roomy living and primary bedroom. Easy checkin and communication. Have to use main gate to come and out. Not really an issue but can get backed up at times. Quiet area and very comfortable.

Beautiful home and wonderful host

This home was truly a home away from home! Lisa was a spectacular host, always quick to reply and was so kind to meet our needs with a young family. The house is generously stocked with anything you could possibly need for your stay - especially the kitchen! - and the place was spotless upon our arrival. Most attractions and outings were a 15-45 min drive away so a car is needed to get around. The beds are comfy and the sunrises are breathtaking; I would highly reccomend this place to anyone wanting to experience Palm Springs.

Great property. Lisa is the best VRBO host we've had

Very clean with every thing you need. Lisa's check-in email had all the details and made it simple to just walk in and relax. Kitchen is very well equipped. Nice bedding and towels. Very quiet neighborhood and patio area. We really enjoyed staying there. If you really want a pool, it's kind of far away and not real big (the unit's patio is a nicer option:).

Great property!

This is the best property we've stayed in in the area. The owner has taken great care of it and you feel very pampered as a guest! I am ocd about cleanliness and this one is super clean! There was even coffee, random other helpful supplies, etc. A 5 star. The only complaint I would have is that the online photos don't do it justice!

Relaxing home

Our family of five felt very welcome in Lisa's home. The beds were comfortable and the master bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. We visited the small gym available and it had a good selection of weight machines and several treadmills. Although the weather was in the low 60's when we visited, the pool was still warm (only my youngest was brave enough to try it though). Lisa gave us access to park our car in the garage where she also provided 4 bikes for loan and various pool toys. Our family highly recommends renting Lisa's home!

Enjoyable stay with a great host

Our property host, Lisa, was very accommodating and is an excellent communicator. I stayed here for more than 2 months, which is a long time in a VRBO. It became almost like home towards the end. Every time there was a question about anything, our host responded almost immediately with an answer. The quality of the beds, towels and linens were nearly equivalent to a 5-star hotel and far exceeded expectations. TVs were large and of high quality. Special attention was made to make guests feel at home. Views from the home interior were nice, and on some Fall mornings, we were able to view families of ducks & geese walking just outside the back gate along the golf course. It was quite a treat.
