Parking Information: For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.
Colorado Traction Law: From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.
Important Winter Advisory: Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Spring break
The house was large and beautiful with ample space for our belongings. Several bathrooms accommodated our group well. Fully stocked kitchen was wonderful for home cooked meals. A patio around every corner to take in the scenery! Comfortable furnishings. The game room was perfect for our mixed group! I would recommend bringing slippers if you are staying in the bunk room and for the game room. The floors were very cold downstairs.

Just my family
Loved the house. Location. Almost everything. We had the feeling of being in the forest the whole time. My only gripe. There was only one working butane tank. We had to move it around including going to other patios. Heater, fire pit, grill but only one tank.
The kitchen is so well stocked!

loved the hot tub and game room
We enjoyed the hot tub and game room. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Near the slopes too. It would have been perfect if the bathroom on the main level had a sink. Apparently previous guest broke it and it was "on order" per the property manager. We contacted the property manager- not the other way around. It would have been nice to know prior to arrival. Other than that - it was a good place to stay.

Great space, disappointing experience
We stayed 4 nights as a group of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids). The house was a perfect size for us and had a great layout and flow. Only a few minute drive from the hustle of town and nice views! Hot tub and fire pit were used almost ever night! Our stay could have been perfect but unfortunately there were numerous things that led to it being anything but. On arrival we quickly noticed the house had not been properly cleaned or stocked with basics like hand soap. After being in the home we encountered several things damaged or not working such as functioning windows and a toilet we had to fix more than once. We were able to work through these issues on our own without contacting the owners. However, the biggest disappointment came on the last day of our trip when there were workers on site fixing the deck in the backyard the entire day, we were back from activities by mid day and forced to stay inside with our young children due to tools both in the driveway and backyard. This occurred without any advance communication to us. As a group we were so frustrated by this but nonetheless tried to make the best of it. We did try reaching out to the property manager after our stay to inform them of the issues we had but unfortunately they never responded. Overall, we still had a great trip but it left a sour taste in our mouth. This is a big place with great space for a group if you’re willing to deal with some hassle.

Relaxing stay
Great experience at Moose Lodge near Breckenridge! We had a late cancellation in our group so extra room to spread out. Easiest check in and check out ever. Great location, felt completely secluded only a mile from downtown.

Great place to unwind
The property was exactly as advertised. Spacious, clean, and full of things to do. We booked this for a low-key bachelor party and I don't think we could've picked a better location to spend a nice and relaxed weekend.

Summer Break
The views are breathtaking and the staff was wonderful! We had some sick kids from altitude and they helped us get medical teams that come to the door in addition to telling us places we could go. When the kids needed a break from skiing, we called and asked for some kid friendly ideas and they gave us a ton of ideas to do!

This house overall was great. Check in/out process was very simple. The house was very spacious. We loved the game room and spent most nights there! Rated 4 stars due to a couple of kitchen appliances not working as intended.
