Ce sera votre maison loin de la maison - votre escapade privĂ©e parfaite. Luxury Beachfront Condo Resort situĂ© dans le cƓur de Panama City Beach, sur la cĂŽte d'Emeraude avec plus de 1700 pieds plus de la plage immaculĂ©e. SituĂ© au 17Ăšme Ă©tage. Les vues de cette copropriĂ©tĂ© sont incroyables.

Regardez comme le soleil se lĂšve et se couche sur Miller Pier. DĂ©tendez-vous sur le quai sur le golfe et regarder le rouleau de marĂ©e ou laisser tomber une ligne et faire un peu de pĂȘche sĂ©rieuse. Quelle vue vous obtenez depuis le balcon au 17e Ă©tage et vous ne avez pas de bruit de la piscine ci-dessous. Ce est vraiment un petit coin de paradis.

Le condo est joliment décoré pour les goûts les plus exigeants.

De la chambre principale et salle de séjour, de sortir au grand balcon en bord de mer supplémentaire pour voir et entendre le surf et voir le sucre plages de sable blanc.

Le salon est équipé d'un canapé-lit, TV 32 pouces, et DVD avec Netflix pour votre plaisir.

Il y a des portes coulissantes en verre dans la chambre principale et le salon qui ouvre sur le balcon face à l'océan.

Il ya deux chambres Ă  coucher complĂštes. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et 32 ​​pouces TV Ă  Ă©cran plat, lecteur DVD combo. La deuxiĂšme chambre offre un lit queen size, TV 27 pouces Ă  Ă©cran plat, DVD combo. La salle de bain principale a une baignoire jardin / douche La deuxiĂšme salle de bains a une baignoire / douche. Il ya une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse dans l'unitĂ© aussi.

La cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e avec vaisselle, une cafetiĂšre, un grille-pain, mixeur, casseroles et poĂȘles pour votre commoditĂ©. Table Ă  manger pour 4 et 2 tabourets de bar au comptoir.

Il ya tellement Ă  faire Ă  Panama City Beach. Entre Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley Believe It or Not! Ebro Greyhound Racing, et Zoo mondiale. Aussi il ya des sentiers sans fin de parcours de mini-golf, le canotage, la pĂȘche, l'eau Ă  gogo de sport, et beaucoup de festivals de magasins, restaurants, et fruits de mer. Perfect Location

Sterling Reef has a beautiful view of the Gulf. It's only a couple of blocks away from Lyndell Center which is incredible. The owner was great to work with over the time we stayed.

GREAT family vacation!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The weather was fantastic everyday and the view from this 17th floor condo was phenomenal! The condo was very nice and clean. The host’s communication was second to none! We had a small issue with the thermostat while we were there and he responded very quickly and immediately got it fixed. We will most definitely book with Joe, the host, again in the future!

Comfortable and relaxing vacation

My teenage granddaughter and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The condo was fantastic. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The ocean view from the living room and bedroom are breathtaking. The owner called me on our first day to insure we were comfortable and there were no issues. The only issue was the elevator wait. However, you get that almost anywhere you stay. I would definitely vacation there again. ~Angie Russell

My stay

My stay at the condo was good. The only complaint that i havr is that the elevator stop working and me and my family had to walk up 17 floors of steps. That part was a disaster. Please whenever you guys book, just make sure the elevator is working properly. The condo was perfect and the beach is always a plus.

Property owner not friendly or quick to respond. Listing said starter soaps but none in either bathroom. No sheets for sofa bed. Waited until after 6 the day after checking for someone to bring some & they left 2 bars of cheap soap hanging on the door. Horrible parking. No activities or even a place to get a cold drink besides vending. No lobby with welcoming staff. Only Garage attendant that offered no help or suggestions. Loud neighbors. Beach service guys were jerks. Tried several times to reserve chairs & kept being told to come back later Never staying there again.

LOVED our stay at this amazing condo!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joe’s beautiful condo! It was amazing! I absolutely loved the decor, the view, the comfort, and the cleanliness. The beach chairs/umbrella provided for the week was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable! We plan on returning next summer for vacation! Joe is great to work with.

Everything you could ask for with a beautiful view!

The property is very nice. One of the nicer parking garages I have been in at PCB, not narrow or weird. The condo is nicely decorated and maintained. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. Being on the 17th floor was great. The view from the balcony was excellent. Great views of the gulf, pier and beach. Even out the front door walkway a great view of the city. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

Home Away From Home

Excellent stay! Comfy memory foam toppers, best sleep away from home. Very clean, beautiful decor throughout. Kitchen well stocked to cook. Beautiful 17th floor ocean view. Elevator wait time was reasonable this time of year. Owner was very courteous to reply to emails and sent detailed information to access the condominium. Loved that beach chair service was provided!I recommend staying here!

The condo was very nice, just like it looked in the pictures.

The process to rent the property was easy thru VRBO. The owner, Joe, was great with communication before the arrival date, especially with tropical storm Fred coming in during our stay.

The air conditioning part was kinda annoying and the most annoying was the elevator it took 30 minute to get to our room not to mention the 6-7 times we had to climb 17 flights of stairs because the elevator wS broken , also the shortage of hot water

Good place to stay for vacation.

The condo we rented was exactly what was listed. The owner was very responsive and helped us anytime we had questions. The view was amazing from the 17th floor. Only thing that wasnt great was the elevators they stayed busy and then sometimes 1 or both were down. So it made the wait time longer. Thats not the condo owners fault though. Joe was amazing we've enjoyed our stay this week the kids didnt wanna leave.

This condominium is centrally located, but since the building is next to undeveloped land it remains peaceful, quiet, and clean. We also love the unobstructed views of the ocean and beach access!
