Experience breathtaking, unobstructed and panoramic views of Gulf of Mexico from the spacious private balcony of our 17th floor beachfront condo.
Sterling Reef resort is located directly on the pristine white sands beach. Situated right next to the M.B. Miller County Pier, one of the longest on Gulf Coast and great fishing spot.
Sterling Reef is located in quiet, somewhat secluded spot far enough from loud big resorts and hotels, yet close to all great restaurants, bars, shops and attractions.
Please note the resort charges car registration fee $51.80 per vehicle (2 vehicles limit) per entire stay.
Enjoy sunsets while sipping on your favorite drink on spacious balcony.
Show off your cooking skills in fully equipped kitchen or use one of several gas grills located on the patio on 3rd floor. Plenty of dining room: 3 seats at the kitchen bar, 4 seats at the dining table plus several more on the couches by coffee table or on the balcony if you like dinning surrounded by the view of emerald waters and white sands.
For 2 couples or a couple with children: bedrooms are located on the opposite ends of the condo, to enhance your privacy.
Both bedrooms have new (April 2022) floors and new furnitures (May 2024) Master bedroom has direct access to the balcony and has full private bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with Tub/shower combo.
There is 70â smart TV set in the living room and 65â in the master bedroom, and 45â smart TV in the other bedroom. There is also cable and DVD players.
There are 2 brand new (March 2025) queen size sleeper sofas in the living room.
There is also free washer and dryer in the unit.
Our guests have full beach access through the private gate. On the beach right in the front of the building during good weather days you can rent beach beds, umbrellas, jet ski, kayaks and paddle boards.
There are two pools: smaller heated one great for enjoying mojitos and one 100 ft long swimming pool great for lane swimmers.
Building has also small gym with ocean view, community activity center with big screen TV and several vending and ICE machines on L2 level.
Within walking distance from Sterling Reef you will find tens of great restaurants and bars, serving fresh oysters and other seafood all year. Also close by are grocery stores, Walmart and right across SR: Shipwreck Island Water Park.
Into fishing ? Catch Grouper, Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red Fish, Blues, Blue Liners, Pompano, Flounder, Hardtails and other species straight from the beach or from adjacent M.B. Miller County Pier. Daily/weekly fishing licenses can be purchased on the spot. Rod rentals, bait and tackle also available on site.
Grill fresh catch or anything you want on brand new (September 2022) Weber gas grills located on the patio on L3 level.
Building has 2 brand new (May 2023) spacious elevators.
Other things to note
Two free parking spots per unit: there is plenty of room in covered garage on 1st two levels as well open huge parking on the 3rd level.
Please wear wristbands during your stay.

Su is from South Korea. Jacob from Poland. Always mesmerized by the American dream we are now proud to be part of the greatest nation in the world. We met in Chicago in 2005 and we are inseparable since then. We have 4 children. In 2021 we visited PCB and fell in love with the emerald waters and white sand beaches. Now we proudly own couple beachfront properties here which we would love to share with You hoping You will also fall in love here.
