Beautiful spacious new home overlooking Lake Tuscaloosa. Soaker tub with a lake view. Large dining table and sectional sofa. Large covered patio overlooking the lake with circular sectional for relaxing. Brand new everything from washer and dryer to kitchen appliances. Large front yard and relaxing front porch with rocking chairs.

Brand new dock with amazing view.

King beds in 3 bedrooms and a bunk room with twin xl beds that can sleep 4 adults! Queen pull out bed in the living room sectional!

The view of the lake from the backyard and the dock are amazing!

*There are 3 outdoor cameras located in the following locations:
Doorbell, Above Garage Floodlight Camera, Backyard Floodlight Camera.

*Guests will be required to fill out and sign an Occupancy License Agreement prior to check in.

The property was very clean with great views in a quiet neighborhood. I was looking for the perfect place to celebrate the upcoming birth of our son with family and friends and this was the right choice by far! We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful Cozy House

Our family of five really enjoyed staying here. It was extremely clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. The view is beautiful and the property is quiet. We will definitely be renting again when we come back.

Scenic views abound!

5 stars aren’t enough for this property! The views of the lake from the back patio are breathtaking. We spent WAY more time on the back patio than we thought we would in July, as the plush furniture and ceiling fan kept us very comfortable. The inside of this property is immaculate, and has been maintained extremely well. The property managers were very quick to respond to any questions that we had. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a great place to stay on Lake Tuscaloosa.

KKG Reunion

We absolutely loved the view of this beautiful lake home. The home was so inviting and comfortable and had everything we needed! We also enjoyed floating down on the lake next to the dock. Very glad we brought a couple of chairs and rafts to use down at the water. There are lots and lots of steps, so be prepared to take what you need down to the dock so you don’t have to make lots of trips up and down those steps. The neighborhood was lovely and it was an easy drive over to the Alabama campus for shopping and dinner out!! We would definitely stay in this home again!!

Spacious, comfortable, and Private

We were 7 adults and had plenty of room to spread out. Had dinner in one night and we all fit at the table for a wonderful meal together. House is very private from neighbors. Sitting outside on the patio made for a lovely evening.

Beautiful Property and Excellent Host

This property is gorgeous and great for a family get together. Beautifully appointed and everything is top notch. Hosts were extremely responsive and even returned a pair of forgotten earrings. Only watch out is the number of stairs down to the dock for those traveling with young kids or older guests. Would definitely book again!

Recently booked John's place for a high-profile client and a couple of his friends. From the start of the process to check-out, John was attentive, professional, super responsive, and very friendly. The whole process was easy & seamless. The house was exactly as described if not better in person and John was the perfect host. My client and his friends had a great time while they were in town visiting their old stomping grounds. Clean, spacious, and refreshing

This house is a gem; a clean, well appointed oasis in Tuscaloosa. We stayed for a game, and took an easy Uber to campus. The house had everything that we needed, including a fire pit and outdoor seating area to end the night. The bedrooms were immaculate, and the stay was a quiet, tranquil break from the din of campus. The morning view of a still lake was a refreshing experience that we’ll remember.
