Relax with family and friends at this peaceful place to stay. Disney Dreams Villa welcomes you to our spacious 5 bedroom, 3bathroom vacation home with an open floor plan and many amenities. The holiday villa is on the highly rated community of Highlands Reserve, a prestigious golf course. Guests have free use of tennis courts, a large communal swimming pool and children's play park. Apart from the world renowned attractions, only moments from the magic but far enough to experience tranquility from the busy tourist district.
Disney Dreams Villa has so much to offer. This one level home has an open floor plan for the entire family and friends to gather , relax and enjoy. Wifi and flat screen TV's throughout the house.

LIVING ROOM
The family living area has a large flat screen tv with ample comfortable seating. A coffee table with reading for your pleasure, a couch, loveseat, chair and two end tables

KITCHEN
The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances and has an island for seating 3. There is a separate table which has additional seating. A large pantry closet is set off to the side. A BABY HIGH CHAIR is provided along with baby server plates and utensils.

ON ONE SIDE OF THE HOUSE
Bedroom 1
The first bedroom overlooking the pool is a king master suite with a king bed, walk in closet, 2 night stands with lamps and a dresser. There is a nook in the corner with a desk and chair in case you need to do a little work away from home. In addition there is a sliding door directly to pool deck.

We stayed in this property for two months. The owner was absolutely fabulous. If we ever had any questions or concerns, she got right back to us and handled them quickly. The home was clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need! We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed the pool! Great stay

This home is about 25-30 minutes from Disney parks which was great. The pool was the highlight, we loved spending time out there and appreciated that it is screened in! Comfy beds were much appreciated too!

Villa on the surface is Nice but aged and in a sorry state. Both front and rear doors are not very secure and don't fill you with confidence that the security of your belongings is of paramount importance, with the front door lock looking to have been repaired poorly multiple times in the past which is demonstrated by the doors being able to be moved about half an inch either way when locked. Decor is fine on the surface but aged and long overdue replacement with small breakages damages all over the property examples of this is the door locks, couches, bar stools and general condition of furniture. This villa is that its sold as a full service premium product but don't be fooled this is run on a shoestring budget... Having stayed in 10 villas in the past i was surprised to turn up to no salt pepper, no oil, no washing up liquid etc... not that i expect this to be provided but this is normally left by previous guest as we did but it is clearly being collected by the property management company. Paying for the use of a BBQ and having A/C that is locked to a temp(apparently to protect the AC unit) is a sign that the guests satisfaction isn't of paramount importance, i personally do't think that 79 overnight is acceptable and when questioned i was met with accusations from property management company that i was lying etc. The hosts were nice and the property has great potential but if you book dont expect the hilton expect the travelodge/Motel 6.

Host were very nice. But the TV was hard to deal with, we couldn't get the football channels. Our dsughter eho lives in Clermont had to bring her device over to us. The kitchen knives were terrible and you need larger skillets, only had 1 large one. The beds were uncomfortable . The twin beds were way to small for an adult.

When you called about the wifi, we immediately notified Spectrum as it is not an issue with our tvs . The spectrum service rebooted and had said there was no issue. We had no issues with guests prior or after you. We usually have guests say that the kitchen is well equipped. Had you contacted us about the knives or skillet, we would have had them sent to the house. The twin beds are standard size twin beds.

Very Accommodating!!

Our family spent a week here and it was very pleasant. The pool was very warm and the outside dining was very relaxing. We have kids of all ages and everyone enjoyed their stay. The game room was a fun spot for the kids too. The hosts are very accomodating and respond very quickly to any question you may have!

Beautiful house with great amenities

This house and our stay was amazing. It’s very spacious and provided more than enough space for our family. Check in was so easy and Leo and Francine were the best hosts ever! They were very prompt when we communicated with them and quickly addressed any issues or questions we had. The living area was family friendly and allowed for a perfect gathering. The kitchen and dining was spacious enough to accommodate a large family. The house is in close proximity to the Disney Parks and many restaurants and stores. We would recommend this house to others and would definitely stay here again.

The villa is extremely well situated, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Its also close to the 192 and I-4, so the parks, shops and everything else are easily accessed.The villa is open plan, like most are in the area, with the garage converted to a games room.Small issues with soft furnishings were dealt with immediately by the hosts, and we had no issues with this.In summary, we greatly enjoyed the villa and spent two comfortable weeks there. We would highly recommend the villa.

The Villa is exactly as pictured and described. Has everything you would need to stay comfortable. Very nice layout kitchen living room dining area in the middle and and bedrooms on both sides. Perfect vacation in the sun

We have been renting vacation homes almost every year since 1998. We liked this one. It had bedrooms on one side, bedrooms on the other side and a common area (livingroom, kitchen, dining room) in the middle allowing for privacy at night. Another helpful feature was the bathroom with a door exiting to the pool area. We found everything we needed in the house and the house was in a nice golf community perfect for daily walks. We enjoyed the heated pool and the weather was a nice escape from the snow.

Yearly spring vacation!

I usually go for a 2 week vacation every year with a friend. I own a school bus business at home so it is always great to go and relax for a short time and enjoy a wonderful heated pool. The hosts made sure my requests were handled and they were also very quick to reach me with any questions or concerns. It is positively a lovely villa and wonderful hosts as well. The villa has everything you would need to be comfortable. I would stay there again with no hesitation. Thank you so much for the wonderful vacation.

Home away from home

We are no stranger to Highlands Reserve as we stay here every year. This location is safe, secure and close to everything. This rental property is everything you would want on a long vacation. We stayed here from Feb 6th-24th and we were quite comfortable. The pool area was our favorite and the heated pool made it easy to relax in. The listing is very accurate and the pictures represent well. My only complaint is that I didn't care for the property manager so I dealt directly with the property owner. The owners are fantastic people and really cared about the quality of our stay. We had no issues come about but if we did I'm sure they would have mitigated it promptly. We will stay here again next February

We take pride in making our guests feel comfortable and attending to their needs and addressing any issues that may come up immediately. The pool areas is definitely a favorite spot and it being heated makes it even more enjoyable! Thank you so much for choosing our villa for your family vacation.
