Direct Oceanfront 6 bedroom / 3 bath two story Penthouse/condo located in the highly desirable and sought after Sea Watch building! Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage. Take the bus from the front of the building to the board walk or walk cross the street to some amazing restaurants , TJ Max and more.
Maximum occupancy is 12. Parking is $65 per car for duration of stay.

Fabulous stay

We have stayed in the complex before but this by far is the best condo we have stayed in. The condo was very clean, roomy and well equipped kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Great location

Very nice stay. Easy to access the beaches. Walking distance to good restaurants and shops. We would stay here again.

Wonderful family getaway!

Our family enjoyed our stay here! Views were amazing and there was plenty of room for all of us to be together! Kitchen is well stocked and owner was available for any questions.

Really Great Vacation

Our hosts were amazing with information; the place was awesome - beautiful, great views, and very well stocked with kitchen items, etc. We enjoyed all the amenities the place had. Would 100% stay there again.

Fabulous Family Reunion

We had a wonderful time at Sea Watch Condominiums. We had plenty of room, great amenities and lots to do for adults and kids. The manager, Adil was very attentive to our needs and made our stay go very smoothly. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful family vacation

We love staying at Seawatch. So many things for the kids to do! The unit was exactly as described and even more with the extras the owners provide. Enough room for the kids to play and plenty of bedrooms for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed! We had one small issue with water temperature due to building maintenance flushing the water lines in the whole building and the owners were so helpful in assisting to get it solved quickly! We will definitely stay in this unit again making family memories!

It was absolutely beautiful!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen had everything we would ever need and the dining area was large enough for our family The living room was very comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. Seeing the sun rise and sun set daily was outstanding as well. The week vacation went by way too fast.

Loved this Penthouse!!!

This penthouse is beautiful!! It was clean and comfy. There were 9 adults and a 6 year old and we had plenty of room!! The views were amazing and the pools were nice. We will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful condo with all the amenities, great views of ocean and bayside. Communication with listing host was great. We would definately rent this unit again. Had everything we could have asked for and more. Thank you we had a great week!!

The 1904 penthouse at Sea Watch was wonderful! We enjoyed the two-story condo which was clean, nicely decorated and had plenty of room for our family of nine adults and three teens. The owner, Heidi, was very helpful and responded to us quickly during the rental process and when we first arrived and had a few questions. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking and eating in. It was nice to have a washer/dryer and some beach chairs and umbrellas available in the utility room. Depending on the size of your group, you will need to bring some chairs or rent them right on the beach. Sea Watch is a lovely complex with an easy check-in process and 24-hour security. The parking garage is very convenient and reasonable for 65 a week. All the staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend Sea Watch and this unit.

Thank you for your review. We have addressed the stairs. Unfortunately as luggage gets taken up the stairs, it is sometimes dragged and damages the bullnose. Maintenance has repaired. Very nice home away from home

My family and I enjoyed this condo. Kitchen and other parts were recently redecorated nicely. Ample beach chairs and accessories were provided. Washer and dryer appeared to be fairly new. Adil, the owner, was very responsive for some minor items with which we needed help, including through the end of our stay despite the property being sold in the mid point.

Perfect Turkey Week

Wonderful people and extremely seamless check-in and out! Views were amazing. Loved waking up and falling asleep to the sounds/views of the ocean. Loved the cinema and being able to watch what we wanted! Anthony in Security was absolutely amazing - so helpful and kind. The condo is located right in the center of lots of activities/restaurants/shopping opportunities. Thank you so much, again, for hosting us and being attentive to our needs!

Mom's Surprise 68th Bday on the Beach!!!

My family and I absolutely loved this property. Normally we rent houses this was a really nice, relaxing, and beautiful scenery. We enjoyed the condo so much that we really didn't have time to enjoy the many amenities the building had to offer. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond when I texted. The only downfalls was not enough bathrooms for the amount of people and the temperature in the condo was extremely cold and we wasn't allowed to control that. Overall Awesome vacation & I would definitely rent again.

Wonderful week with my family

Room for everyone! The Seawatch tags were never needed. However there were 12 bands and only 11 tags. The pots and pans cupboard was a mess but I straightened it out. Everything worked and the sand toys were a hit with my granddaughters! We had a wonderful week at your place and would definitely come again!

Amused with great views :)

Up on 19 created some amazing views and sounds of big blue. Obviously this also makes for extra awareness on the kiddies but so worth every second. Speaking of the kids…this place simply has it all. There is no lack of activities from playgrounds with swings to tennis/pickle/basketball courts, an arcade, a movie theatre, an in house ice cream store that serves food as well. Multiple pools. If you so choose, you never have to leave. I don’t want to fail to mention how wonderful our host Heidi was. Professional, personable, informative, punctual and even compassionate. What more could you ask for. Just book it already!

The staff was very nice and the property had a lot of amenities, the pools were very clean and the movie theater was a nice perk but the unit was very dirty as in not clean when we arrived I feel the owners were not very realistic with their description of the unit and that is why we wouldn’t consider this unit again

We are not surprised by this review since he angrily called us telling us he was doing so. Due to the fact he did not read the VRBO info showing sheets only and our info letter sent a week before stating the very same. The description was crystal clear. Companies were provided that would deliver towels and blankets. We have made the cleaning company aware of this review. They will be on top of it. That being said, we arrived a week after and found the home exceptionally clean. Barefoot bottoms of feet clean. We would not consider the hostility displayed again. We love our condo, the community and everything it has to offer. We want everyone who stays to feel the same.

Sea Watch Condo. 1904

This is the 2nd time We've stayed in Condo 1904. With six roomy bedrooms it fits our family well. Generally the condo is pretty clean. The showers in two of the bathrooms could be cleaner. The linens on the beds look worn and old. There is a Keurig single cup coffee maker. With six coffee drinking adults this didn't work. Those listed are our only complaints. Otherwise, there's every appliance needed, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. All that said, we love the condo and will return.

Thank you for your review. We purchase 2 new sets of sheets every year for every bed. She leaves a clean set in our storage closet. Possibly wrinkled? I will most certainly buy a full size coffee maker. We pop in during cleanings. She scrubs the showers with a brush and disinfectant. I was not there after you left, I’ll bring it to her attention. Transparency

Disappointed that there was only 1 closest in 6 bedrooms. One room was listed as a queen bed, but was actually a double which was very uncomfortable for my son and his wife. No pantry for food in the kitchen, with other cabinets filled with pots, pans and dishes! The master bedroom had a locked owner's closest which should have been disclosed. Unit was much smaller than the pictures represented for 12 people. An actual inventory list would be much more helpful for guests. They should have a contract with a company that could supply towels!

We are very sorry you were disappointed with our beautiful penthouse. I answered ALL your calls to me from your wife prior to you arriving. The welcome letter supplied the companies to contact for bath and beach towels which was sent weeks prior. Of course we have an owners closet. Goes without saying. No need to disclose. Our kitchen is fully stocked. I’ve never had a complaint about that before. Full 2 shelved lazy susan for food. I’ve reviewed all my numerous correspondence with you and your wife. We are very dissatisfied with your review. We will make sure that shows when you use VRBO again.

Sea Watch is a must for families!

Sea Watch has everything you'll need to have a wonderful vacation! Our kids loved the hot tub, as they called it but in fact it was the kiddie pool. We took advantage of the cinema and it was great to have an on site arcade for nights that the kids couldn't make it to the boardwalk. Our group also enjoyed using the tennis courts and the playground too. Beach access was great as well as our views from the penthouse. We were lucky enough to see lots of dolphins during our stay and even caught fireworks one evening. The condo was great for our group although the pictures shown made the place look ALOT bigger than it actually was. This wasn't a deal breaker for us, however we as a group are used to a larger layout. If I had to reccomend any type of upgrade to the unit, it would be to add a 2nd refrigerator, again not a deal breaker we knew this going in so we brought coolers with us. Otherwise communication with Heidi was fantastic and prompt. We would highly recommend this unit!
