We strongly disagree with this review and want to provide accurate context for future guests. At check-in, the guest arrived with more than five additional, unapproved people, which was a violation of the reservation terms that had been clearly communicated prior to arrival. Despite this, we worked in good faith to accommodate the group. Shortly after arrival, the guest made multiple requests, including an extra air mattress, additional sheets, and a replacement TV remote (the home has hree TVs, and one remote was reported not working). Within two hours, all requested items were personally delivered. Although the guest continued to raise complaints, we proactively offered the option to cancel the stay with a full refund and allow them to leave if the home did not meet their expectations. The guest declined this offer in writing and confirmed that she was satisfied enough to continue with the reservation. Regarding privacy concerns: any entry referenced was limited to a utility/laundry area accessed via the garage, solely to address guest-reported issues, and not into living or sleeping spaces. No unannounced or inappropriate entry occurred. The water, none of these were raised during her stay

We are, however, concerned that none of these issues were reported at any point during your 15-day visit. We maintain open communication with all guests specifically so that, if something arises, it can be resolved immediately. Had we been made aware, our maintenance team would have addressed these matters without delay. Following your departure, our team conducted a full inspection of the property. While we routinely expect normal use, the condition in which the home was left, particularly the volume of trash and unlaundered items, required extensive additional cleaning and servicing. That said, we have reviewed the items mentioned in your feedback and are taking appropriate steps to verify and address anything that requires attention, as we continuously work to maintain the home to a high standard for all future guests.
