This spacious condo features an open living room, dining area and kitchen concept. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. The split bedroom floor plan features a marina side bedroom with a King Bed ensuite master bath with walk in shower. Doors from the bedroom lead out to a marina front balcony. The guest bedroom features a Queen Bed. The hallway guest bath has a tub/shower combination and also house the laundry center with full size stack washer/dryer. Entire property is smoke free. The HOA has a zero tolerance policy. Minimum age for rental is 25 years of age. Code to the building will be supplied to you via email 4 days prior to arrival. Parking tags are required to be hung on rear view mirror and will be on the counter in the unit upon arrival. Anyone parking without a pass in their vehicle is subject to be fined and/or towed by the HOA. Pets are not permitted.
I have stayed in several properties but this was by far the cleanest. I felt like I was the first person to ever stay here. The location was great for me and the host was great.
The condo was exactly like the pictures portrayed and it was clean as if brand new. If I would have any recommendation update the information about pool passes and card keys because you only need the PIN numbers sent to you for building and condo access. The problem with pin member va card key is if you park in the back or go to the pool you have to walk around the building to get back in because the back only usd pass access. But thst id minor. The unit is very nice and the communication was always easy and very responsive.
