Located in Fox Farm...5min drive - close to the village shops & restaurants and situated next to two Marina's for boat sports and fishing. Located down the street from shopping and ski lifts! Family and dog friendly, this beautifully remodeled home offers 3 nice size bedrooms; a master suite, private master bath w/custom tile floors, vanity, sink and a claw foot tub. Guest bathroom has a custom glass tile walk in shower, and custom upgrades. All rooms have ceiling fans and two have smart TV's

Brand new carport with ...20v & 110v convenient charging for EV cars, lots of space and gorgeous backyard, w/dining area, BBQ & Jacuzzi and completely fenced and safe for dogs and kids

The kitchen has an even induction stove top and a breakfast nook with cooking utensils, pots/pans and gorgeous layout. Back deck is spacious with outdoor dining and sunken hot tub. Plenty of room to kick back & relax.

Blissful family friendly home

Beautifully decorated, all the comforts of home, perfect for pur family of 6. Nice big comfortable couch with open floor plan, comfortable beds and the backyard next to the firepit was the cherry on top. Host was very friendly, We would love to come back in the winter.

Wasted money! Not true to photos!

Property unkept, dirty broken dishes, jacuzzi was under filled with no hose to fill in order to use. Water heater replaced. Old one sitting in driveway, water temp not set. Scalding and ability to burn very badly. Ice maker does not work as advertised. Advertises sleeps 7 and bunk beds. Had to buy an air mattress to accommodate 7. Place only accommodates 6. Claim filed for broken remote we did not break. I previously was a resident of Big Bear and knew this house. Complete disappointment! Property is for sale and unkept. Looks like they are trying to make money till it sells!

Horrible host ever

Folks! Don’t ever book this property with Kingston ever. Horrible host ever seen. Unprofessional and unresponsive. In the snowy and freezing day we arrived in this property that was equipped with a few small office headers since the central furnace was broken. Upon our arrival the place was freezing. We tried to turn heaters on and noticed outlets are out of power. We contacted the host. He said he will send the housekeeper ( not handyman) to take a look. No one sowed up and the host never contacted us and never responded to our call and text. We left the property after two hours to find another place in the last minutes . This was my birthday with my family and he ruined it. Kingston should be disqualified to be a host in all travel apps.

Perfect stay

Loved this cabin. Perfect comfy stay. Everything you would need is in this cabin. No need to stay anywhere else. We would definitely book here again. Communication was awesome. It was everything it said it was and more. Beautiful neighborhood and very safe. We loved our stay!!!!

Cozy, pet friendly cabin

We had a great stay in Big Bear in this cozy house in a great area. The house was well equipped and clean. The owner was easy to work with and quick to respond. I would stay here again.

Perfect mountain stay

We came here for oktoberfest and it was the perfect location and mountain getaway. The hottub was a great large size, the yard was appropriate for the dogs to run around, and the home was beautifully uniquely decorated. I would love to come back in the future.

Great place for a relaxing getaway

It was a very comfortable place with a relaxing and private backyard on a quiet street. Definitely a great place to come back to and soak in the hot tub after a day of skiing. Check in/out was hassle free. We’ll definitely be back.

Property was not ready at time of check-in

When my family and I arrived at the house (3hr) after the stated check-in time, the cleaners where there telling me that I was at the wrong property. We needed to come back 2 hr later so they could finish cleaning - not so sweet on a 1 night rental to not have access to the house for (5hr). Also a hot tub repair man showed up and needed access to the back yard during our stay - such a bummer. Scott
