Our home is ready for your getaway! We take a lot of pride in the cleanliness in our home. We have spent countless hours decorating and adding special touches to make sure you enjoy each day and night you spend here. Comfortable beds and linens, an inviting family room ready to entertain, play games or watch tv. Great location to everything you need. Our home is located less than 2 miles from the Silos, the Brazos River and Baylor Stadium. Bedroom #1 has a King bed, bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, bedroom #3 has 2 twin-over-twin bunkbeds and with a sleeper sofa in the living area, our home will comfortably sleep 10!

Just a one night stay for the rodeo.The only minor issue was the lack of coffee grounds, filters or tea bags, which would have been a nice touch.Overall though a lovely little property.Thanks Trisha.

There was so much room, comfortable beds, and everything was spotless! There’s a little game room for little kids - we really enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely stay again

Comfy and would be perfect with few improvements!

Comfy beds, soft bath towels, A/C worked great, and lots of space! The few improvements would be, a properly working fridge, better stocked kitchen, and working internet. We would stay there again.

Quick overnight stay

Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 babies. House was clean and close to the Silos area. We arrived to the rental about 9pm and left the next morning at 9am, so really only there to sleep. You can def hear the street traffic at night but overall was a good stay.

Lovely house

Lovely house I loved the fact that it could sleep 8. We had some teenagers with us so they room with the 4 bunk beds was awesome for your group. The other two bedrooms were really nice as well. The whole house was very nice and well kept.

College Roommate Weekend

We all just loved staying in this charming, inviting, beautifully decorated home. It was clean and cozy and we loved sitting around the kitchen table or gathering on the comfortable sofas in the den. The beds were all very comfortable and this house was so convenient to everything we wanted to do. The owner was a pleasure to work with! We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy House

We enoyed our time in this house. The owners were fast to respond to any questions I had. It has 3 bedrooms and then a seperate living room with pull out couch. It was perfect for our group of 10.

Good stay, owner was accommodating

Had a nice stay for my son’s piano competition over the weekend. A bit of a rough start because of a big storm that knocked power out for a few hours but owner was very communicative and accommodating. No complaints.

Overall it was a lovely little house. We did have some issues with lots of cop cars going by throughout the night, but overall it was lovely. My group enjoyed it :-).

Waco Silo Trip

The property was clean and well equiped. With a group of seven, the two bathrooms can in very handy. The beds were comfortable. The host was not stingy with towels which were soft and fluffy.

Church convention

We had a very pleasant time at the home we enjoyed it. It was very spacious and clean. The property manager was very respectful easy to contact. I can’t wait till next year because I will definitely be renting again for the convocation again.
