RĂ©servez cette propriĂ©tĂ© pour le prochain Ă©vĂ©nement MAGNOLIA ou tout autre Ă©vĂ©nement dans la rĂ©gion de Waco! Apportez vos chiots aussi!Cette maison est un plaisir total pour tous! C'est dans une belle rĂ©gion de Waco, Ă  proximitĂ© du lac Waco, des boutiques, des restaurants, des silos, du Baylor, etc. Il a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement refait, mis Ă  jour et meublĂ© au maximum! Vous pourriez mĂȘme penser que Chip et Joanna ont peut-ĂȘtre jouĂ© un rĂŽle dans ce petit bijou mignon, mais contrairement Ă  la croyance, ils ne l'ont pas fait! Bien qu'il ait un dĂ©cor similaire, moi-mĂȘme et moi avons entrepris cette petite tĂąche! Cette mignonne dispose de 3 chambres, de lits queen en deux et d’un lit de repos avec lit gigogne pouvant accueillir deux personnes. Tous les lits sont Ă©quipĂ©s de couvre-matelas hyperallergĂ©niques et de gel de mousse Ă  mĂ©moire de forme. Il y a des planchers de bois franc partout avec de beaux tapis d'appoint. Le canapĂ© en cuir du salon peut Ă©galement servir de lit queen-size. Il y a un bain et demi, et un nouvel Ă©cran plat agrĂ©able dans chaque chambre! Le salon a un Ă©cran plat de 50 pouces! Il y a beaucoup d'antiquitĂ©s rĂ©cemment restaurĂ©es dans toute la maison et des meubles faits Ă  la main sur mesure. Tout est neuf ou rĂ©cemment refait! Tout est meublĂ© sauf vous, vos vĂȘtements et votre brosse Ă  dents! Vous adorerez la cour arriĂšre, complĂ©tĂ©e par une clĂŽture, des arbres, une terrasse en bois couverte, des lumiĂšres de cafĂ©, des sentiers en granit broyĂ© et de nombreuses plantes vivaces! Il y a de jolis carillons, des bains d'oiseaux, des mangeoires d'oiseaux pour faire de cette propriĂ©tĂ© un havre de paix idĂ©al pour observer les oiseaux et se dĂ©tendre! Vous profiterez d’un nouvel Ă©clairage Ă  LED dans toute la maison et dans la cour arriĂšre. Il a un nouveau lave-vaisselle, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, micro-ondes, four grille-pain, mixeur, gaufrier, deux cafetiĂšres dont une KEURIG, etc. De nouvelles serviettes et draps sont Ă©galement inclus. La maison possĂšde Ă©galement des lampes en bois faites sur mesure et mĂȘme une sculpture naturelle rĂ©alisĂ©e Ă  partir des redoutables FIRE ANTS! Ceci est incroyable! Our stay in Waco was exactly what we wanted. We were there to go to Magnolia and their Silobration. It was a 12 minute drive with easy access. The house was clean, easy to deal with and exactly as listed. If we come back to Waco we will stay here again.

Thanksgiving Adventure in Waco

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s home over Thanksgiving! She was incredibly accommodating to our entire family and even made sure our little dog felt welcome. The backyard was a true highlight—an absolute oasis that provided the perfect space to relax and unwind. The home itself was just as cozy and inviting as described, making it feel like a home away from home. 10/10, we would definitely stay again. Thank you, Debbie, for making our stay so special!

Great getaway with my daughters

My three daughters and I met in TX for a girls weekend and had a great time and stay. The home was as advertised and had everything we needed. It is close to downtown Waco and close to good restaurants. One recommendation I would have would be to have a keyless entry into the house rather than a key (and the key box is broken, so I ended up keeping in on the car keychain throughout our stay). Overall and great stay!

Cozy urban getaway

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the communication with the host. Dwelling was comfy and clean. The only negatives were the listing stated hot tub and there was none and the backyard was not in an enjoyable condition.

Magnolia Experience

We had the most wonderful stay at Windmill Haven. This is the cutest house. The neighborhood is quiet and all the amenities are close by. The entrance is very welcoming and the house is decorated so nice. We loved the spacious backyard too. Magnolia Table and the Silos are very close. We would definitely stay here again!

I love the whole concept of making old things beautiful again, from old furniture, antiques, and to homes! I like to take just old discarded stuff and make something creative with it. I paint, repair, and create all kinds of things!, Some of my creations ,I just come up with when I should be sleeping at night! Sometimes I might see something that someone has tossed to the curb and decide I can make something from it! Another hobby, I discovered some years back is Pickleball, and I'm completely addicted to it! If you haven't heard of it, you really need to look into it and give it a try! I would love to find the time to play in Waco, you can mark my word, I'll be going! This is my first venture to buy and market a home in Waco as a vacation rental! I started with homes in South Fork Colorado, but it was too difficult to maintain, get good help, and keep them managed so I sold them and decided to do business a little closer to home. I am also a Doxie lover ( wiener dogs), I have 4 sweet little doxies and they are part of my family! I live in Midlothian TX. and have been here since 1985. I grew up in DeSoto TX. I purchased this home in 2018, so it's been kind of a rush for me to get it going, but it has come along nicely! Since buying this home I have acquired three others, that are listed on this site as well! Be sure and look them up too! It has it all! New everything! Hardwood flooring, Beautiful furnishings
And decor, fully loaded kitchen, washer and dryer in utility room, Nice landscaping,.Huge backyard with nice trees, privacy fence, wood deck that is covered and enclosed with café lights! Fire pit! All the amenities inside make it well worth the stay too! High speed internet , TVs in all rooms, large closets, close to so many eateries and shopping! Nice safe neighborhood!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Nicely redone inside with arched entryways into dining room, lovely new cabinets and remote control lighting. Warm, inviting colors making it a comfy place to lay your head at night! The yard is awesome, It has a lovely wood deck in the backyard with nice lighting, ceiling fan, and café lights which makes it even more inviting! It also has lot of shade, privacy fencing and a fire pit! Solar lighting lights the pathways through the backyard!
