Nestled in a quiet second floor corner of a small complex on beautiful North Padre Island, this condo offers a secluded retreat, yet is minutes away from some of the best restaurants and outdoor adventure in the area! From seafood to TexMex to everything in between, North Padre Island and the surrounding Greater Corpus Christi area has it covered! North Padre Island is known for great fishing, surfing, boating, kitesurfing, windsurfing, helicopter tours, Humvees, horseback riding, and shelling. Many rental and lesson opportunities are close by.

Walk across the street to the beach for a gorgeous sunrise or drive right up to your favorite spot and unload your gear for the day. 60+ driveable miles of continuous beach is available to explore, if you have a vehicle up to the challenge! Several miles are well maintained for even the smallest of vehicles as well. Enjoy your days at the beach or in the heated saltwater indoor pool and large hot tub!

Settle in for a peaceful stay in the living room of the spacious studio with a full kitchen and bath, or climb the spiral staircase to the large loft area. Relax on the comfortable seating and stream your favorite shows on 2 mounted flat screened tvs. Free cable and wifi included in your stay. Feel free to connect to your streaming services. Play a board game, put together a puzzle, or read a book from the loft book nook.

Watch sunsets on the balcony in the provided captain's chairs. Enjoy a comfortable night sleep in the loft with queen bed. Queen sized sofa bed and twin sized futon are available in the living room. Also available is a twin sized inflatable mattress. All have cozy bedding provided, sleeping 6 comfortably. Portacrib and bedding available upon request. Plug your devices into the multi-port charger to be ready for every moment.
