Vitamin Sea est un condo d'une chambre / une salle de bain qui offre une escapade relaxante et tranquille de la vie quotidienne. Le soleil est bon pour l’âme et quand vous resterez ici, vous le saurez! Cette unité est perchée au 2ème étage et offre une vue magnifique sur le lac Padre. Vous êtes à seulement 500 pieds de la plage et à seulement quelques pas de la piscine étincelante et du bain à remous. Vous avez également accès aux fosses de bar-b-q, à l’étang privé, au belvédère, au centre d’affaires et au centre de remise en forme.

INTÉRIEUR
Une fois que vous aurez franchi la porte, vous profiterez d'un condo entièrement rénové offrant un salon, une salle à manger et une cuisine à aire ouverte, idéal pour réunir tout le monde tout en profitant de vos vacances. Vous trouverez également une télévision à écran plat, une cuisine entièrement équipée, un lit queen-size et un canapé-lit queen-size avec matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme. À l’intérieur, c’est génial, mais vous voudrez probablement passer vos soirées sur la terrasse donnant sur le lac Padre.

Les draps pour chaque lit et les serviettes de bain pour chaque invité sont fournis. Un séjour minimum de deux nuits est requis. Les invités contractants de Padre Escapes doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus. L’invité doit posséder un permis de conduire ou une autre pièce d'identité acceptable. Just Enough Vitamin C

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying at Vitamin C. It’s a very cute condo with a comfortable bed and everything you need. My only complaint, just as before, it really needs blackout curtains. The complexes lights shine right into the unit making the bedroom appear daylight at night. This issue doesn’t prevent me from staying in the unit but I will admit that I do not sleep very well. It is extremely close to the beach and the unit is clean.

Wld like to suggest that the bath/shower receive some attention as there was mold and the popcorn ceilings need some attention. The pigeons also figured out how to get around the spikes on the balcony so made a mess there - for these minor items I am only giving a 4star rating for condition of unit

Perfect size for a couple. Very clean. Great pool & hot tub. Walking distance to the beach. The bed could have been a little firmer but that’s a personal preference.

I would say that we didn’t sleep well due to the flood lights from the complex and lack of blackout curtains. It appeared to be daylight all throughout the night. If you are not sensitive to light when you sleep then it would be a great rental.

Cozy beachside stay

This was the perfect clean and cozy condo with the most straightforward access to the beach at a very reasonable price. Nice pool and amenities and the baby gear they had was an added bonus since we did have a little one with us. Honestly my only complaint is not about the property at all but instead the app they request you use as it was constantly crashing.

Okay, a bit pricey for what you get

We rent from VRBO a lot, and I have to admit I miss the actual “by owner” part of VRBO. The property was comfortable enough, but not having the comforts of home was a bit disappointing. There are no kitchen staples, ice maker, water in the fridge, or extra blankets, pillows, etc. No beach gear (thankfully we didn’t need it) but generally beach places provide this especially for families who don’t travel to the beach a lot. I know all of that is in the description, but for the price, it should be included. The building could use some upkeep/deep cleaning but is decent and not in disrepair. Building feels safe, and family friendly, the bed is comfortable, pool is nice, Roku TV was nice. We never had an issue with parking. It’s very close to the beach which was busy but clean. most people opt for a golf cart/gator or drive, but we had bikes. There is a lot of road noise, beware. We enjoyed our stay overall, with room for improvement.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental itself was fine, great location! Had everything we needed. The rental company on the other hand was not great. I requested a noon checkin, I know that's early,and they could have said no upfront. But they sent the contract for me to sign with a noon check in time. Turns out they don't care about that contract and don't guarantee your check in time. So we got there at noon and couldn't get into the rental. Not a great way to start off your vacation.

Reviewer Comments: there was an issue with the CO/smoke detecter chirping when we arrived and the management sat deemed it not worthy to deal with that night . to be clear the chirping was in the bedroom and would have driven us to leave for a hotel for the night but my husband pulled batteries out. Had it been the detecter on the ceiling in the living room he would not have been able to reach it.

Very nice!

Staff was easy to get a hold of and so eager to help if needed! The property as well as the room was very clean. Walking distance to beach. Washer and dryer was a huge plus! Was perfect for my family!!

Small and pretty clean - hide a bed is ok for kids only as it has a big bow in it - small family get away it worked great- enjoyed the pool and short walk to the beach!

Clean, bright, exactly as advertised

The condo is clean, bright and spacious for a family of 3. I recommend a noise machine and eye mask if you are a light sleeper as it has a lot of light noise from the complex itself at night. The condo is well kept but the complex looks a little worn. That being said, we had a great time, enjoyed the time we were in the condo and felt safe and satisfied. We will be renting again!

5 Day Stay

For an older property it was pretty nice. The location was great! The pool and area was fantastic. There was dog hair on the couch and the floor when we arrived. The rental said no pets allowed. The bedroom mattress was awful!! We barely slept at night. I suggest they invest in a new mattress. Other then that the place was quiet and fit ours needs.
