Perfect for fishermen, couples, family, and outage workers.
This updated home is located in the jewel of the south and a fisherman’s paradise. It has 2 bedrooms (1 King bed in master bedroom and 2 twin beds in guest room), 2 bathrooms (both have shower/tub), living room(2 leather recliners and couch), fully furnished kitchen, laundry room, porch, deck, and plenty of parking for a boat trailer. Roku and Dish satellite is provided in the living room and master bedroom. This house is also located 1/2 a mile away from Elk River Public Boat Ramp, 1 mile away from Anderson Creek Boat Ramp where you can fish from the bank, and 4 miles away from Joe Wheeler State Park. This park boasts a beautiful 18 hole golf course, multiple hiking trails, marina where pontoon boats can be rented, public beach, public boat ramp, and restaurant that offers a seafood buffet on certain days. Lucy’s Branch Marina is located 5 miles away. Here you can rent boats, order food, and find a nice cool drink while on the barge over looking the Tennessee River. Downtown Rogersville has many quaint shops and restaurants just a few minutes away. All linens are provided and the laundry room contains a full size washer and dryer.This house is very clean! It’s the perfect place to rest, relax, and enjoy life.

Our first vacation was perfect at this home. We have a 2 year old and having an actual home vs hotel room was just what we needed! Clean, nice & spacious. Will defiantly stay here again when we come back this direction.

Family Fishing Trip

The home was exactly as shown. Location was perfect for our fishing and less than a mile from where we could put our boat in the water. We even had a deer in the back yard on Sunday morning.

Tour of Northern Alabama

This VRBO was centrally/perfectly located for us as we explored numerous cities/towns in northern Alabama in our quest to find the right place to settle down in retirement. The home is beautifully decorated and aside from being on a very busy highway, well situated between many points of interest! Lovers of nature, we enjoyed seeing the deer come out at dawn and dusk from the wooded area in the backyard!

Near the lake

We came for a fishing tournament. Worked great for our purposes. Place was clean and everything was as listed. Very close to a good boat ramp near the mouth of Elk river where it meets Wheeler lake near the dam. Will be back!

Just Perfect

Everything was just perfect. Ease of checking in communication with the host. The location was close to our family that we were visiting in Anderson, AL and Loretto TN. We visited all kinds of. Waterfalls that were close by. My family loved the place and will be recommending it to other family members and friends that come down to visit. We will definitely stay here again. Very clean had everything we needed.

Good experience. Very clean. Only issue was had 2 trucks with 2 boats and not much parking for boats. Had to use back yard to turn around and for parking which would have been a problem with much rain. Overall I was satisfied

Comforts of Home

Absolutely amazing stay in a clean and updated house! Beds were super comfortable, bathrooms immaculate, and kitchen was amazing and stocked with everything minus the groceries! Our gracious host was super quick with communication and flexibility! The stay included my husband and I, my mother, and our 1 year old.
