Pleasant stay.

The house was spotless, it was also very comfortable to stay in. The covered patio was very nice, there were no bugs inside. It was very pleasant to sit out side in the hot tub and enjoy the sounds.

Every amenity you could imagine from coffee and creamer to cookware to laundrey detergent and fabric softener! By far the nicest hot tub we've ever been in! Complete with Bluetooth, lights and amazing jets. The back porch was awesome and he beds were super comfortable. Also nice and quite but you can see other houses from the property but mainly because of the time of year. Great property!

Fantastic getaway! Loved the location, beautiful property!

I needed a short getaway for a few days with my pups. This property was perfect. Upon arrival It was exactly as described, however words aren’t enough to describe how beautiful the land is with the wooded view. The screened in back deck was absolutely wonderful to sit out and enjoy my morning coffee or a cool evening. The fenced in area was a godsend to let my pups have a place to “go potty” while not having to be on a leash. Birds, squirrels and deer walked past daily. The host Atticus was r extremely accommodating to my requests and responded in a timely manner. I took a drive to Dahlonega one day and it was just a short distance away which was awesome. I truly enjoyed my stay and if given the opportunity will definitely stay there again!

Georgia on my mind!

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for my wife and I. Our dogs also were comfortable. The property is huge and the pointers had plenty of room to run. The kitchen had anything you could think of even snacks and drinks. Well off the beaten path but real close to literally anything you want. We will definitely stay again the next time we’re in town!

Everything you could possibly think of needing with labels and a helpful manual! The hot tub with TV over the backyard deck is a really nice touch.

Great Tranquil Stay

The property was perfect for our weekend getaway to the North GA vineyards. Everything was extremely clean and cozy. The jacuzzi was also perfect for a night cap.

Fall colors excursion

Initially disappointed that the property was not actually in Dahlonaga, Ga. as I thought it had been advertised, but it was only a short drive away! Property very pleasant, and private! Only intrusion was a wandering free range chicken one day! And we thought this was cool!! Also we could occasionally hear some near by goats! It was extremely clean, and furnished with nice amenities! Everything was thought out and nothing overlooked. The only negative was the TV which would occasionally shut down, but the host, Atticus, explained this was something he couldn't prevent. He did, however, come by if needed to restart the router and it would work fine after that! We enjoyed our 4 day stay and would highly recommend!!

Though close to Georgia Hwy 400 the property is situated in the woods and is considered a rural property. The house sits on about 4 acres so there is plenty of space to hang around the campfire and listen to some music.

Being close to Hwy 400 means you can zip to places pretty quickly. Dahlonega and Dawsonville are both about 10 minutes away. Dahlonega has lots of one of a kind restaurants and some chain fast food restaurants, plenty of specialty shops as well as a decent sized Walmart. Dawsonville on Hwy 400 has a number of chain restaurants, several grocery stores including a Super Walmart, Kroger, and an Outlet Mall

Many tourists really enjoy the local Gold Mines, Waterfalls, Wineries, Tubing, etc.

Experience the massage your body needs to feel fully revived in the hot tub. With four seats to choose from you can find the massage that will help you recover from the day. Choose your favorite colors and put on your desired music with the built in speakers/subwoofer and bluetooth compatability. Then come back inside and put the fireplace lights on with or without heat to continue the relaxation.
