This exceptional property is minutes from Brainerd/Baxter and the many resorts and golf courses of the Brainerd Lakes area. This home was built in 2018 and includes 2 acres of property with mature oak, pine, and birch trees. The private retreat on Red Sand Lake provides a serene setting for your family to unwind. Enjoy the amazing views the minute you walk through the doors. This five bedroom, three bathroom allows you to have a quiet weekend on the lake with your family or invite the extended family for an up north adventure. Many things to enjoy include: a huge yard to play games, two patios, two fire pits, as well as a kayak, paddle board, and paddle boat to enjoy the lake. The home is just minutes away from the Madden’s and Cragun’s golf courses too.

Great place and great host! We had 8 guys together for a weekend golf trip and this place worked out perfect! Close to all the Brainard golf courses. Host was super responsive and the house was in great shape. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your place Jerr, we had a wonderful time and your home worked perfectly

Family Get Away

We had a great time here with so much space for our children and their families. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out and just enjoy being together and away from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. Property had everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation with family.

Beautiful property with wonderful trees and fire pits and view of the lake. The inside is nicely updated. The kitchen is spacious, well appointed and well furnished. It was just a wonderful place to be and hang out and relax.

Excellent family property

Jerr’s home was perfect for our family consisting of ages infant to 70. It was clean and spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The six cousins under the age of 13 loved the big, gently sloping yard
perfect for yard games from morning to night. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The lake is a little weedy but there is a small sandy beach. The paddle board and paddle boat were enjoyed by both the kids and adults. I would recommend Jerr’s home as a perfect large family property.

Fantastic place to stay with family

we were in town for a "Nashville Comes Home" concert series our nephew was playing in. All the family were able to stay at one place and support our nephew. It was perfect for us and had 2 older grandmas that were able to get around with walkers w/o problem. Great place to stay!!

Great cabin

The best furnished cabin we have ever stayed in. It’s exactly as they said it would be. Owner was very accommodating and made sure you were happy with everything. Highly recommend staying there!

Great okace for a family getaway

We had a great time stay here, the layout was perfect for having an infant and a toddler. With three families it was an ideal layout and the property was wonderful and the views were stunning. Perfect weather also made the weekend perfect!

Great location and property

The location was ideal and the space was incredible! Having 3 bathrooms and lots of bed space was perfect for our group of 10. The open space allowed for easy visiting and the big table was perfect for games. Host was responsive and helpful. We will definitely utilize this site in the future.

Wonderful place for a girls' weekend!

There were 10 ladies that stayed here for an annual get-together. We found the house to be beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable! The host was very easy to work with and check-in was simple. We will definitely be back!

Great Fall Getaway

The spacious 5 bedroom cabin worked great for our group. The location can't be beat as it's only minutes from town but nicely secluded in a quiet neighborhood. Jerr was a great host and was very responsive to messages. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Brainerd Lake area.

Golf trip with friends

We loved the property. It was perfect for our group of friends who came for a golf trip. Jerr was a great host. My only recommendation is to get another driveway trash can (it quickly overfilled). Thanks and we hope to visit again!

Amazing space!

We had a blast at Jerr’s place the community style space allowed us to play games, watch movies, and make meals all while being together! Could not recommend enough, the owner was very communicative, and quick with responses!

Girls getaway weekend

10 of us stayed 2 nights for a girls weekend and we had so much fun! The house itself is spacious and comfortable. Nice location and the lot is very private from surrounding neighbors! The host Jeremiah is great at responding and very nice to deal with. Highly recommend if looking to stay in the area!
