NOUVEAU! Bienvenue au Lazy Fish Lodge! Cette cabine entièrement rénovée arrive cet hiver / printemps 2019 dans la région des beaux lacs de Brainerd! Avec 4 chambres et la capacité d'accueillir 12 personnes, une chambre Queen et une chambre double superposée au niveau inférieur, la chambre principale (King) et la reine avec une chambre twin à l'étage + un canapé-lit dans le salon. 3 salles de bains, 2 complètes (une avec une grande douche à l'italienne) et 1 demi. Il comporte une grande cuisine avec une table de ferme pouvant accueillir 8 personnes et un îlot central pour 4 personnes, une cheminée à bois et une grande terrasse au bord du lac. Le Lazy Fish Lodge dispose de beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur! Un beau salon orienté au sud donnant sur le lac North Long et les 100 pieds de rivage sablonneux privé. Apportez votre propre bateau, jet ski, kayak ou canoë et profitez de ce lac récréatif, attachez-les sur le nouveau quai tout au long de votre séjour.

Idéalement situé dans la région des lacs de Brainerd, vous êtes à quelques minutes de Grandview Lodge et de ses nombreux équipements, de plusieurs terrains de golf, de restaurants décontractés et raffinés, des boutiques de Nisswa et de plusieurs locations de bateaux.

We enjoyed our stay, the low water was nice because we had young kids, but was difficult for the boat and for the older kids. Loved the backyard set up and fire pit. Cabin had some updated areas, but accommodated our group of 12 easily

Right on the water!

House was right on the lake. Everyone remakred on incredible it was to be so close to the lake. Amazing views of the sunrise, sunset, and stars. House was very well equipped- lacked for nothing. When you look at the map, you'll see houses next to this one, but when you stay here you will barely notice them. Wish we would have stayed longer! Great location to get away, but still close enough to go to neighboring towns for restaurants, stores, and attractions.

Before reserving do some checking.

I would not reserve this property without finding out if the area had received adequate rainfall to restore the lake level. The depth of the water well out into the lake from the beach was about 12"-18". Our boat had to be anchored out in the lake several feet off of the end of the dock and then we had to walk into shore. Two of our grandsons sustained chigger bites.

Hey Susan, Let’s be honest with this review. You left a one star review because you were charged additional cleaning fee from my cleaning staff. The reason you were charged this fee is because you left my cabin in the worst shape it’s been all year, by any guest. Which you agreed to pay based on all the photos I sent you. My cleaning crew was there over 8 hours to put the home back together for our next guests which is twice as much time as it normally takes. Unfortunately, we had the driest season we have had since we have been there. Your complaints are solely based on weather which is ultimately, out of my control. Yes it was 90° (it’s July in Minnesota), we haven’t had much of any rain throughout the year, and I am sorry that your grandkids got chiggers. Currently you are the first guest I have heard from that this has happened to. I will look into treating the water the best I can. I apologize for those items and wish you the best of luck with your next stay wherever you choose to do so.

The home offered a lot of space for our 6 adults and two children. Great kitchen/dining area! Outdoors offered lots of seating around the fire pit and picnic table. Water is very shallow way past the dock. This was great for our 4 year old granddaughter. The four bedrooms offered a variety of sleeping arrangements for our family. The two bedrooms upstairs were cooled with only a vent in the hallway so they got pretty warm, however portable fans were available in each room. The two 3/4 baths did not have exhaust fans. The main floor bath did have a window you could open. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, other utensils, pots, pans, etc. Lots of bath and beach towels and wash clothes, however limited hand towels were available. Appreciated having laundry available at the cabin, access to cleaning supplies, leftover storage containers, paper goods, and more. Thanks so much for sharing your cabin. We had a great week!

Great Cabin

The cabin was very nice. There was enough room to comfortably fit our whole group. There is a nice sandy beach and the water was shallow enough for kids of all ages to enjoy.

2021 Retreat

We really liked the location of being so close to the water. The deck and fireplace was great to sit around. We had plenty of room in the kitchen for our family of 11. Family Week

The arrangement of the house is perfect for 6 adults and 5 kids. Two of our boys slept on the sofas and said they were very comfortable. The front yard is perfect for young children. The water is shallow out quite far so it is very safe for kids! The beds are the best with great cotton sheets. I rated the cleaning as a four because the kitchen could have been cleaner. The rest of the house was clean. Perfect location!

Grandkids really enjoyed swimming in the lake. Shallow enough we didn’t have to worry, but not deep enough to dock our boat.

Overall review

Cabin was well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms. Nice yard for playing bags fire pit and deck with plenty of chairs. Nice docK with swimming area for grandkids. 3or 4 large spider webs on ceiling and floor in kitchen and moldy smell in living room was not good. With no AC the upstairs bedrooms were extremely hot all night. 2 of my kids and grandkids went home a day early because of the heat in the bedrooms which never did cool off. Needs AC BADLY

Nice cabin on a quiet lake

Took 3 families on a lake vacation and had a great time. Took me a day to remember what lake cabins are like and that I wasn’t in a 4 star hotel but after that all was great. Owners are very responsive. There’s a window AC unit in one room but not the rest of the house which surprised us but we didn’t think to ask to be fair. Inside is clean and the beds are comfortable. Took one star off As some basic maintenance would help the overall feel but all the essentials were there and we had a great time. Internet was fast and responsive.

Great place to stay in Brainerd Lakes area

We had a great few days at the Lazy Fish Lodge. It was spacious with plenty of comfy beds (and three bathrooms) to accommodate a family gathering. The cabin is stocked with absolutely everything you could need ... and then some. We boated, fished, swam (the shallow water is great for kids), had campfires and relaxed. There are also plenty of great restaurants and shopping close by. A great place to have some fun in the sun!

Great weekend getaway

The cabin exceeded our expectations for our girls weekend! We had 11 ladies staying here and it was perfect for everything we needed. The cabin had all the supplies you can imagine to make the stay comfortable -- the yard, deck and lake access were great for hanging out and relaxing. The hosts were quick to communicate and easy to work with!
