Spacious living room, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, amazing apartment, pool and beach OPEN, wifi, gym, Private foyer and residencial owners exclusive elevator, free resort transportation to the beach every 15 minutes. Near Aventura Mall, Gulfstream Park, many restaurants and supermarkets (Walmart, Publix, etc) 5 minutes walking distance away. Parking ( not included, $25/night+tax , special discount after one week stay) Bike rental for guest. Best place to stay and enjoy Miami. Year build 2015.

Awesome
This was an amazing place to stay for a fun weekend in south Florida! The property host was fantastic, helpful and quick to respond if I had any questions. My friends and I said we would love to stay again sometime in the future.

There was plenty of space for all of us . It was clean and well maintained . The mini van going back and forth form de condo to de beach was very appreciated. Very large balcony . The owner was help full . I would go back

Spring Vacation Hallandale Beach
This was a very nice vacation stay at this beautiful condo in Hallandale Beach, FL. The condo is very spacious and nicely decorated. As with most vacation units, wear and tear on furniture and fixtures is visible. However, the unit was clean and had a good supply of dishes, towels, etc. The access to the unit is private and once inside the views of the Intracoastel Waterway and ocean are amazing. The area has a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, malls, and other places to frequent. The host Marina is outstanding. I had to contact her for an issue and she was quick to respond and resolve. I would definitely stay at this condo again.

The condo was clean, very comfortable all the rooms were spacious. Beautiful atmosphere inside and outside ( the balcony was beautiful). I would recommend this place to others.

Awesome property. Plenty of space. - 3 ample bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms. Beautiful Terrace. Building location is convenient to Gulfstream Park and beaches. Communication was helpful.

Fantastic views
Beautiful apartment with private elevator and gorgeous views from wrap- around balcony. Fee for parking garage or valet. Clean and well maintained. Short walk or trolley ride to/ from the beach. Marina was easy to communicate with but unfortunately couldn’t accommodate earlier check in or later check out due to cleaning crew needing at least 5 hours to clean before and after. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and will be back

Great location but trouble with check-in & amenities
First 24 hours was a nightmare! We were not able to do an early check-in, so all 7 of us hung around the lobby and outdoor space with our bags for 5 hours until our 4:30 pm check-in. At 4:30, they told us the unit was still not ready and to call the owner. We had to make an international call to contact the owner (twice) who said it would be another couple of hours. Once we finally got in, we found the unit beautiful and clean but no amenities. No soap in dispensers, no sheets for the rollaway, 1 hand towel per bathroom, 1 hair dryer for 7 people, no extra blanket, no "extras" in kitchen such as garbage bags, paper towels, hand soap, sugar, coffee, etc. We had to go out and buy all this stuff at the grocery store! After 24 hours of setting up, we were finally able to enjoy the great view, excellent location, corner balcony, and start our vacation!
