The host responded quickly with a few of my requests and was very professional and courteous. Everything that we needed in the rental was readily available. The house, beds, pillows and everything else were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Everything about the property made us happy. Let's not forget the swimming pool. It was very relaxing. I will definitely be renting that house again and i surely recommend anyone to give this vacation rental a try.

home away from home

Comfortable home with plenty of room for 2 families to stay, with each having plenty of private space as well as shared space. We had a wonderful time along with our daughter and her family.

Hurricane Escape

We had to book fast to leave Tampa prior to hurricane Milton. Henry made sure the housekeeper got the place ready for us and was prompt in his replies during the storm. We felt safe and at home during a very challenging set of events. Thank you for taking care of us.

Some problems

The living room had a mildew smell. The alarm kept going off. Ice machine did not work. They only give you 2 rolls of toilet paper, no paper towels, no coffee filters.

Place was a good size Clean Somewhat dated Beds were way too soft - back wasn’t happy Pool didn’t have a handrail or ladder and the floor of the pool was very uneven We had to take gas tank off bbq and go to get it refilled ourselves w no reimbursement Rental was quite expensive for this property

Lovely stay in Port St Lucie

We needed a house rental that would fit two families of 4 comfortably (adults and teens.) This house was a perfect fit with enough bedrooms and lots of space to chill out (two TV/sofa areas plus the LARGE screened-in patio and pool.) We hosted Christmas dinner, and a post-holiday lunch with extended family, plenty of room, very comfortable, and we made good use of the kitchen - it had all the equipment we needed. Washer and Dryer worked great. Easy check-in/check-out. Couldn't ask for more!

Pictures did not show one bedroom that only had twin bunkbeds and couch. The room was tiny and not as advertised. The electrical was inadequate throughout the house.

AMAZING

Our stay was exceptional. We were a total if 7 and had a wonderful time. We all had our own beds to sleep in. I loved the added feature of the security system. Henry was very kind and responded to all of our inquiries within an hour. He even had the pool guys come out and service the pool! Excellent customer service. If we ever go to PSL again I would book with him in a heartbeat.

Nice visiting family in the area and vacation

Had a nice time at Henry s house on our family vacation and visiting family in the area. The kids enjoyed the pool there was plenty of room for all 10 of us the shower outside was a nice touch. The neighbor gentleman was very friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. Great location easy to get to Starbucks and Walmart. Not far from Bath tub and Jensen Beaches. Also close to Jetty park and many restaurants in Fort Pierce. Thank you Kassandra

Great outdoor space!

This house was just what we needed! We celebrated our dad's 75th birthday at this property. The majority of the family already lives in the area, 7 people, and then the 7 of us traveled in from out of state. The OOS 7 slept at the house- 4 bedrooms that worked out great for our group: 3 adults, 2 teens, & 2 kiddos. The master bedroom is HUGE, and 3 of the rooms have GIANT closets. The important part, though, is the outdoor living space. That's where the kids hung out almost 24-7, in the pool all day! Appreciated the extra pool towels! That's a nice bonus. We had the party outside by the pool, and there was room for everyone. Several seating areas, good sized outdoor table too. Used the gas grill to kick things off, and the screened porch helped us with the bugs too. ONLY issue- we could never get the TV in the family room to work. The actual TV remote could not be found... it's set up as a ROKU tv & we're familiar with that- and trust us, with 4 kids, we tried to make it work. At least the TV in the front living room was good to go. Lots of inside seating too- but again, we spent a lot of time out at the pool. It's not a high-end, "expensive" type of home, but that's not what we needed. It totally fit our needs, and so thankful we were able to have this special occasion with 3 generations.

A Family Home

The description and pictures of the property are accurate. I recommend, would stay there again, great cost-benefit. Clean, comfortable couches, spacious common areas, the water pressure was awesome, nice grill. Some of the beds were a bit short for the teens but would be perfect for kids. Henry was super responsive and helpful. Thank you Henry!

Great for large groups

Henrys home was perfect for hosting our out of town family. There were plenty of beds and space for all of us to sleep and relax comfortably. The home is equipped with a grill which was great to use while hanging in the back patio, which was spacious and enjoyful. Henry was great with communication. If we have family back in the area we would stay here again. My only suggestion is to be cautious with the front patio if it rains, it gets very slippery on the tile. There were plenty of restaurants and stores area, as well as a local mall.
