Such a great set up. Access to the lake and dock were so great! The house was clean and perfect for several couples. Many of the rooms are set up like master bedrooms and have TV’s, fans ect. It was a terrific experience and we will rent this house again.

Enjoyable stay

The place was as lovely as described. When issues arose, the host was very communicative and understanding. My family and I made memories here and we highly recommend everyone else to go do the same!

Great house - plenty of room for all ! The game room is always a big hit for all! We had an early Christmas and everyone had an amazing time!!

Yes with Lake Travis not being a constant level lake it can be difficult at certain times of the year. So glad the home made up for it.

Great spot!

Lovely spot to watch the eclipse! Plenty of room for all and great spots to hang out. Bummer the lake hadn’t filled up yet but what can you do about that

Great house for families!

Great place for a Thanksgiving get together for the family. Lots of space , very nice game room, well supplied/ stocked for kitchen use. The grandkids and adults loved the game room! Big hit for all. Hopefully we can make it back next year .

Great for special family gatherings. Good value for price.

Overall. My group of 10+ greatly enjoyed our stay. The ground floor was our favorite and we took full advantage of the recreational amenities. Also, the ice machine in the bar was a nice surprise. The house was clean and inviting, and we were all impressed and pleased with all of the seating, rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and outdoor wrap around patio. Air conditioning. The home had air conditioning, but there were signs saying not to set it below 73° to prevent the units from freezing/dripping. For our stay in July, we wish we could’ve enjoyed a cooler atmosphere indoors, especially in common areas and downstairs. It was tolerable though, and the bedrooms did get quite cool at night. Trash disposal. Disposing of our trash was a bit of a hassle. We had 2 large full bags that we had to drive to drop off in dumpsters down the road on our way out. It would’ve been great if this was made easier for guests by having a spot outside of the house to leave trash. On a positive note, I do appreciate management being responsive and helpful with my questions regarding trash disposal. Lake access. Zero complaints here as the listing photos and description were very clear about the accessibility of the dock/lake. Just a heads up to others that it is a fair trek down and back up. We spent all of our time at the home after one of our party made the trip down to the dock and advised us of the difficulty. This is not a knock on the property though. We more than had a great time indoors.

Great weekend getaway!

The house is amazing - lots of room for everyone to spread out and do what they want. The grandkids loved the upstairs play area and the rest enjoyed the game room! Great place to have a family holiday.

40th Bday Celebration

Fantastic Trip - we were in search of semi-secluded lake house that was roomy enough for 11 adults while not feeling crammed and offering fun things for our guests. The house was perfect - a few highlights below - spacious kitchen, nicely appointed rooms, wrap around porches and large game room (pool, ping-pong, darts etc.). Had a question or two about the house and they were quickly answered. 10/10 trip and would def. return.

Great for families

We had a great time at Hideaway! Lots of room and lovely inside. The kids enjoyed pool, ping pong, and darts. It’s a bit of a walk down to Lake Travis but totally worth it for the floating dock with upper deck!

Great family time!

Very spacious and incredible home for a family gathering. However, we did not expect to have to walk 200 stairs to the dock. Older people like our grandparents could not walk this and see Lake Travis. The downstairs game area was perfect with pool, ping pong, and darts! The kitchen was a great area to hang out! The bedrooms were nice but we could not access channels on the bedroom TVs. The internet was a problem. The porch areas were so nice to sit and chat! We had a very memorable family vacation. Thank you!

Thanksgiving at Hideaway

We had a wonderful time at Hideaway! 3 generations young adults, parents and grandparents all were able to stay busy and have fun. We cooked multiple meals and found everything we needed. Very clean and private. It was just like being home but with a lot more room and things to do. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
