You will enjoy the fresh paint and cute decor, along with two large sun decks with enough room for the whole family to enjoy the warm weather. Ground Level:

Our home has security cameras monitoring the entry door.

Parking under house and on left side driveway for 4 cars, outdoor shower, grassy yard, outdoor seating area with seating vignette, door to interior stairwell 



Level 2:

Living Room - Sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table, ceiling fan, 55 " smart TV, access to front covered porch.

Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen, bartop with seating for 4.

Guest Bedroom 1: Full-size bed, 32" HD TV.

Guest Bathroom: Vanity with shower/tub combo.

Washer and Dryer: Located in the hallway



Level 3:

Primary Bedroom Suite: Private sun deck, queen size bed, 40" TV, side chair, ceiling fan, Ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Guest Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, side chair, and 32" TV.

Guest Bathroom: Vanity with shower/tub combo.



Parking: for 4 vehicles, covered spaces available

Security Cameras are located in the parking area of this property. 



Linens - Sheets and towels will be wrapped in sealed packages on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy, so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy:

One dog allowed, 50lbs MAX. The first dog is included in the price of the rental. Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet-friendly, but you must follow town guidelines. Please check the town website for beach pet restrictions.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Nature enthusiasts will love the island’s two state‑managed coastal preserves: Carolina Beach State Park, home to rare Venus flytraps found naturally only in this region, and the Fort Fisher State Recreation Area, known for pristine beaches, marshes, and wildlife viewing. Getting Around:

Getting around Pleasure Island is a breeze! While parking can be limited in peak season, especially in popular spots, paid private or public parking is available. We recommend exploring Carolina Beach and Kure Beach on foot or by bike – they're super walkable and bike-friendly. You'll find safe pedestrian and bike routes, including the Island Greenway. Renting a golf cart or bike is easy, too, with several local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Rentals are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.
