A Wave from it all --- **Available for long term off season rental**
We did a full internal remodel with all new appliances (dishwasher, micro. stove, oven, refrigerator (w/ ice machine)) and bathroom awaiting you and your family/friends for a beach get-a-wave.

**Cleaning fee includes linens and towels** Single Dog Fee of $100 is for 2 dogs up to 75 lbs. each . We love our dog and want you to vacation with your dog at our Get-a-Wave ***

This is a 2 BR, 1 Bath, Family room, and Kitchen Beach Cottage. Enough space for a week-end or week get-a-wave and less than 1 block walk to the Beach.
Fully stocked kitchen completely remodeled.
Both bedrooms are Queen sized beds. Family room has full size sleeper sofa.


Location
We are on a quiet street, a mere 2 min. walk to the sand.
Cottage on a lot with patio and grass to stretch out when your day on the sand is over. We welcome dogs (note yard is not fenced in).

Off-street parking for 3 cars, capable of fitting residential trucks and large SUV's.
yard is capable of supporting Boats and/or RV's over 30 ft.
2 block walk to downtown Kure Beach --- with dining and shops.


Includes:
House equipped with USB outlets to charge your electronics.
High-Speed Wireless fiber internet included.
Computer desk, chair, and monitor- work from home until 4:58p and "it's 5 o'clock somewhere (on the sand 2 min. later)"
Roku player and two LED wall-mount TV's.
Fully stocked kitchen, 10 C coffee maker, stackable washer/dryer.
Outdoor heated shower, to rinse the sand or clean off after a day in the waves.
Bath towels and linens included (no extra fee).
(4) Beach chairs, (2) boogie boards, sand wheel-barrow( big wheels), and sand toys.

Outdoor patio with table for 4, seating for 6- enjoy star gazing at night after a day in the waves.

Phenomenal last-minute getaway to Mike’s cottage in Kure Beach. He was exceptionally engaged and accommodated the late add of our dog, which made for a sweet end-of-summer event for our family. We had 5 total, with two sleeping on the pull out in the den/entertaining area. Plenty of room, but a bit uncomfortable — recommend bringing a comforter and additional bed topper. The bedrooms were perfect and the kitchen was well appointed — everything we needed! The short walk to the beach, fishing pier, and local restaurants meant we didn’t use our car for the whole weekend! Ideal spot!! Overall, awesome location, exceptional customer service, and sweet cottage for a family getaway.

Wonderful property! House and pictures are exactly as listed. Beds are comfy and shower has amazing water pressure. Bed sheets are soft and an abundance of towels are provided. Kitchen is well stocked and easy to navigate. We enjoyed preparing multiple meals as a family using the stove and the grill. We loved all of the amenities. It is obvious the amount of care and consideration the owner has put into this cottage. The kids and adults all loved the outdoor shower and the kids enjoyed the novelty of using it. There is a large grassy parking area super close with pet waste pickup station. Beach access is just steps away. Coffee shop, pier, dining, and well stocked convenience store are all walkable distance and easy to access. Highly recommend the coffee shop and bagel shop. Owners provide good local information and home information in a printed document on the fridge. We enjoyed swimming, fishing, the NC Aquarium, the 4x4 beach at Fort Fisher, the Fort Fisher Museum, and the Boardwalk at Carolina Beach. All activities were less than 10 minutes away. We will definitely seek out this home again for future trips. Thanks for hosting us!

4th at Kure

Clean and well stocked. Very nice and friendly property owner. Great Location. The only downfall was the bed was uncomfortable in the front room and it would be nice to have more seating in the main room for watching tv in the evening. Otherwise, it was great!! Would recommend.

Great getaway

We throughly enjoyed our time at Kure Beach! House was exactly as it was listed, great for small families and the walk to the beach couldn’t have been easier. Always appreciate finding great vacation homes that are also pet friendly!

Perfect Getaway

A charming little cottage super close to the beach! The bedrooms are a little tight, so I’d recommend other travelers to pack lightly, but it was the perfect size for our traveling party of three. The owners were very communicative and made the whole process super easy. Would definitely come back!

Excellent Cottage

Would highly recommend to anyone. Was skeptical about staying at a place for 5 nights that allowed pets as we have never traveled with our dog. My fear was that places that allowed pets would be substandard. This was not the case. There was no evidence of any previous pets being on site. It was extremely clean. Had a nice yard and was exactly, if not better than described. The attention to details and the small stuff is what made this an exceptional place for us. Well thought out floor plan but kept the original cottage feel. Well stocked amenities, not just the basics as many places have. Good access to the beach. Great communication and response time from the the host. Had no issues but got the feeling if we did, they would be addressed quickly. Definitely will be returning knowing what I know now.

Wonderful pet friendly home!

The home was clean, well equipped, and roomy. It was a quick walk to the beach (under 3 minutes). The beach items at the house were very helpful, especially the beach wheel barrow. The owner was very responsive and next time we go to Kure we will definitely stay again.

Fun beach vacation

Outstanding location, walking distance to pier, beach, restaurants and fun. Property manager gave quick and accurate responses. The house was welcoming and so nice to have it pet friendly. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

Great getaway.

Relaxing vacation. Cottage had everything we needed. Good host communication. Location is great. Close to beach, restaurants, pier, and a small store. Would suggest car ferry trip over to Southport for a day also.

Kure Beach Cottage

What an amazing place. It was immaculate, very well decorated and furnished. the Kitchen was fully equipped with anything you need for a long stay. All this and a 3 min walk to the beach! Mike and Jessica are lovely and made sure we had everything necessary for a pleasant stay (1 month). I definetly would stay again and highly recommend. Thanks M & J!
