Welcome to Dolphin Beach Retreat, your unique place in paradise! This property is located mid-island with the beach access just steps across Estero Boulevard. A quiet relaxing location for that desired getaway, yet just a short walk along the beach is a kiosk for jet-ski rentals, parasailing rides, and even dolphin tours along a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach.

Super convenient to the supermarket and an upscale bistro on the bay. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life.

The property has a fantastic lanai porch with ambient evening lighting that leads to the property entrance. The nicely furnished living area has comfy sofa, TV with Roku and YoutubeTV. Dining area finds a table seating 4, and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is available that you would need to cook daily multi-course dinners, or simply make a pot of coffee in the morning.

There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, and plenty of dresser space. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together to create a King.

Downstairs common area has a washer and dryer. There's a propane grill that is shared. All lower levels have evening ambient lighting and privacy lattice work surrounds this area. You'll also find parking space accommodating 2 vehicles.

There are many restaurants and shops a short drive north across the bridge towards south Fort Myers. The same is true if you drive south towards Bonita Beach. Water activities abound with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, para-sailing, etc. Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sight seeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

For our guests with allergies, this property is non-smoking. Dog friendly restrictions and fees apply. Dogs are permitted up to 25 lbs and non-aggressive breeds only with pet fee paid in advance. Limit of two. Fee is $20 per night per dog.

This spacious two-bedroom retreat was the perfect base for our beach getaway. The location made it easy to enjoy the beach and explore nearby attractions. The comfortable accommodations and thoughtful amenities made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable.

When we arrived I guess expected it to be freshened up after being closes up. I washed the sheets because there were stains. Placemats filthy & garbage can was filthy as well. Glass rings on coffee table. I bought cleaning products to clean glass tables.After cleaning not a bad place. Close to beach.

Great location

While it's not on the beach, it is just a short and easy walk to the beach. Bonus if your goal is to avoid crowds on the beach too. The owners were easy to communicate with throughout my time there as well as getting it reserved.

Coastal Breeze Dolphin Beach Retreat

We enjoyed our vacation here at Fort Myers Beach. The beach was just a short walk away. We enjoyed sitting in the screened balcony in the evening. Full kitchen to prepare foods. Would return on another vacation

All as advertised.

Everything was clean and the rooms were larger than expected. The beds were comfortable and the area quiet so slept well. The beach was an easy walk away and we enjoyed it. The stairs were almost too much for this old man. Overall an excellent stay.

We call the rental maintenance place and quoted that the front sliding door key entrance did work correctly. They came over and tried it , they said they would be back with a new one and never saw him again đŸ˜ĄđŸ˜©đŸ˜Ą

Different between advertisement and reality

The property was prĂ€sented as „ New on the Market“ . We thought, that means the property was renovated after hurrican damage but that wasn‘nt. No internet, no TV - satellite dish was not installed but outside the house on the ground-, aircondition did work - up to 86 F in the afternoon. Major safety issues: no fire extinguisher, no first aid kit, no deadbolt lock as listed. Overall, we did enjoy staying in the property and would not recommend this property for vacation.

Disappointing

Needs updating immediately including flooring, kitchen remodeling, furniture and bedding, and overall maintenance needs. Garbage and building materials are piled everywhere around the house and are becoming a hazard to the occupants. Maintenance personnel were very responsive to providing some immediate needs like cookware and electrical issues but were limited as to certain needed improvements during the five weeks we were there. Unfortunately it is definitely not a luxury rental as advertised.
