This spectacular 750 sq. ft. E. Side apartment is a 5-min walk to Brown, RISD, downtown and the train station. Occupying the entire top floor of a Victorian home, the private entrance apartment melds old and new into a beautiful living environment. 5 skylights light up hardwood floors, exposed brick, unique architectural features, a great room, one sunny bedroom, modern kitchen and bath. A futon couch can sleep 2 additional guests. A park with a running track and tennis courts is across the street.

Adorable and clean apartment with fun architectural details and amazing sunlight. Owners are friendly, super easy to communicate with, and detail oriented. We felt safe and cozy both in the apartment and neighborhood.

The apartment is in an excellent location in a safe and walkable community. We were pleasantly surprised that the apt was larger than we expected. The pictures on-line do not convey its spaciousness. Loved the natural light from its many skylights which contribute to the sense of openness. Although the bathroom is on the small side, it wasn't an inconvenience for my spouse who is 5'10". Be advised that there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the apt if you have mobility concerns. It has a well stocked kitchen, and is a clean, comfortable, and updated space with a very accommodating and concientious host.

Overall we had an awesome stay! The unit has about 34 steps to get inside and upstairs so definitely take that into account when planning your stay. The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The bed and futon could stand to be replaced due to poor cushioning. Other than that we had no issues with the property! The owner was easy to contact and responded very quickly! Would definitely visit the area again!

This is a great spot in the College Hill area of Providence! We drove up for the weekend to visit friends who live nearby. The onsite parking spot was very convenient—and because of the location, we were able to leave the car in the driveway and walk most places during our trip. The apartment itself was clean and well-kept. There are a fair amount of steps up to the top floor where we stayed, but for two young able-bodied people, it was no problem. Bruce was also a wonderful, friendly host—very communicative and flexible. Thank you!

This property is so beautiful and in a very convenient location. Bruce was very responsive when I realized I had forgotten to tell him ahead of time I needed access to the travel crib (my fault, not his!). I would stay here again!

It was wonderful apartment and a wonderful house however, there were a few things if I had known I would’ve passed or at least felt better about number 3 flights of stairs to the attic number two the attic kept hitting my head, couldn’t stand to go to the bathroom and whatever that was on the bed perhaps we should invest in a nice mattress, but it was a wonderful apartment. Probably wouldn’t stay there again though.
