In colonial times hill stations in Asia were the perfect destinations to relax and rejuvenate. Today this stand alone carriage house provides the same antidote. So climb up to your private retreat and enjoy this serene setting with water views.

Bright and airy with tons of windows, oak floors and tile. Quiet cul-de-sac.

Great 3-season sitting veranda AND a yard.

My two week stay over the holidays couldn’t have been better. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and very private over the detached garage. The owners are very accommodating, pleasant and easy to communicate with. The apartment has everything one needs and is quite comfortable. Looking forward to staying again when in the area.

This cottage was perfect for our long weekend visit to RI. It is cozy and well appointed with all necessities and then some. After visiting colleges and sightseeing, we slept in comfortable beds with warm, plush bedding. Communication with property manager was seamless. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

Well-appointed cottage in convenient location

We loved our stay at this quaint little cottage. It was half way between Providence and the southern coast - perfect for day trips! Mandeep and Monica have provided everything you might need with thoughtful features like motion-sensored lighting, charging cords, welcome snacks, and even loaned us a birding book! It was a perfect stay in a quiet and beautiful backyard. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house and yard

The house was beautiful and the yard is a little piece of heaven. Everything was wonderful, comfortable beds, large shower, coffee & creamer, so many little touches to make you feel right at home. Monica was so nice and even told us the best restaurants to go to, and where to park in Newport. We will definitely be booking again next year when we are back in Rhode Island.

Charming Cottage

We chose this property as a home base for exploring Rhode Island, and it was really perfect. The location is very convenient to visit Providence, Newport, Boston, and our favorite, Block Island. We headed in a different direction each day, and traveled mostly on Highway One through charming villages and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The cottage had everything we needed, plus and was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very kind and welcoming, with great suggestions for places to see and great restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Beautiful home

We love ocean state and this was our 2nd visit to RI. This home is cozy and beautiful for family of 4. We loved the surroundings as well. Especially the grape wine in the backyard. It was a cherry on top for my kids. It is a quite neighborhood.

Charming Getaway

Weymouth Station is perfect for a weekend/long weekend getaway. The apartment is secluded from the main property (which is beautiful btw) and has everything you need. The apartment is clean and comfortable and can easily sleep up to 4-6 people (we only had two people for our reservation and there was more than enough space). The beds are very comfortable which is always a plus! It is super close to town and located on a quiet residential street. You will certainly enjoy your stay!

Lovely little cottage

We enjoyed our 5 day stay, it was myself and two adult daughters. The location was centralized to all items on our itinerary which made it very convienient. Short walk to East Greenwich. Comfortable beds, nice towels and bedding and everything you will need in the kitchen. We had no issues so no need to contact the owners but I am sure they would attend to any need ASAP.

Family Visit

I rented this property for my two sisters and one's husband for a week while the they visited me from Denmark. I live on Post Rd, close to this property. The location was ideal for proximity to me, which is what I was looking for them. The unit was great... clean, roomy, and comfortable. No complaints at all.

Lovely home in East Greenwich!

The house was comfortable, clean, very well stocked, and a perfect fit for my friend and I as we worked from home and visited family and friends nearby. (The WiFi was excellent.) I grew up in the area and really loved being able to stay locally. Monica and Mandeep were great hosts - super responsive. Monica kindly dropped by with some delicious chai but otherwise we felt like we had lots of privacy. Thank you for hosting us!

A great place to be

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment a lot. Everything is very nice and considerate, many thoughtful details, adding up to an atmosphere that is as much practical as it is cosy. The contact to the host family was very friendly. They were extremely helpful whenever there was a question. Wonderful stay near Providence

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. We used it as a base while dropping off our daughter at RISD for the summer and while a distance from Providence, we found it convenient to the school and city while still giving us access to shops to pick up last minute items. There were plenty of nice shop and places to eat. The house itself is just as described , very clean and tidy and private. Our hosts thoughtfully provided everything from key kitchen essentials and wonderful towels and linens to small things like emergency bandages and q-tips. This is much more of a guest house than a rental and we are grateful to have found it!
