Welcome to The Alumni Inn. Your family will be close to a full Sports Park, playground for the little ones, tennis courts, baseball fields, batting cages, and a spacious shared backyard. Located just 6 minutes from UGA and 8 minutes from Downtown Athens, nearby stores and restaurants. Comfy King Size Bed and queen double beds. Coffee Station is included for you to enjoy. We hope you have an amazing experience with our southern hospitality!

The space
The property is a beautiful red brick southern ranch home surrounded by a spacious front and back yard. Your suite is on the further left side of the property. The one with the charming front open porch with two red chairs. Suite 101 welcomes you to a cute cozy full kitchen with a comfortable living room all in one place. As you go further into the property to the left of the hallway you will find the two bedrooms and a full bath. To the right side of the hallway, you will find the laundry room that excessively used for the cleaning crew. Don't forget to take your memorable selfie in front of the "DAWGS" vintage lights.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the front and back yard as well as plenty of parking spaces on the right.

Perfect place for 2 couples

Loved the place! Had the cutest lights that were strung across the yard that automatically came on at night. Perfect size for 2 couples. We stayed one night for a comedy show we went to the Athens Classic Center to see.

This place is too cute! Very clean and nice inside. My only complaint was that the bed was firm. My daughter and I didnt like that, but my husband did and slept great. The beds were very large though, which was nice.

Athens work trip

This is a spacious apartment conveniently located a short drive from the veterinary school and a little farther from main campus. Bed was comfortable and there is ample off street parking. The arcade across the street got loud at night so if you need quiet, definitely bring some noise canceling headphones/earbuds. They do close at 10-10:30.

Property was impeccable and very clean. Everything we needed was in place. The only difficulty was finding the actual front door in the dark. Some sort of light would be beneficial as there are other rentals in the same house. Otherwise it was perfect in all ways

Pickleball cutie

We came into town late, so upon arrival the string lights from the southern oak trees greeted us with a warm welcome. The access code worked like a charm, easy parking instructions, there were some motion sensoring lights inside once I opened the door they immediately came on and made me feel safe, the kitchen was updated and very cute, modern. My only difficulty was my own, as I didn't understand how to work the smart thermostat and I kept tapping it, but it works by running your hand on the back / right side to make your selections. I emailed the host and they were immediately responsive and I am so thankful they helped us! I never usually have contacted the host, so I am sorry to have bothered them so late, but am forever thankful for their kindness in getting back with me!
