Swim in the big pool (heated to 83° in the winter), relax by the fire pit or cook on the BBQ.

The DETAILS:

This split-floorplan with 4 big bedrooms (6 beds) and space for everyone!

1) "The Beach Room" - Large master bedroom with a King bed, Roku TV and private attached bathroom.

2) "The Paris Room" - Second master with a King bed, Double bed and private attached bathroom. A crib is also available but tucked out of sight.

3) "The Quiet Room" - Queen bed, shares a large bathroom with the Twin Room

4) "The Twin Room" - Two Twin beds, with a bookshelf and a desk. Shares a bathroom with the Quiet Room.

All three bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, pool towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. Extra bed linens as well.

The living room is spacious, with a fireplace, Roku TV, three couches and lots of other seating. A sliding glass door opens right to the pool.

Two dining tables can seat up to 12 people.

The kitchen includes dishes, pots and pans, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker and electric kettle. And of course a stove, oven and refrigerator/freezer too.

The backyard has a large, in-ground pool that is fully screened-in and heated in the winter. NOTE the pool is heated to 83° in the winter. This makes it swimmable all year round, but it is not a hot tub and can't get as warm as a jacuzzi or a bath :)

There is a propane BBQ grill, chairs and a table on the deck, shaded by a large umbrella. There is also a large side yard with a firepit and wood logs.
